Delivery time too long

The items were well packed and in good condition upon arrival although neither kit was shrink wrapped. The order took almost a month to arrive. I did not realize the kits were coming directly from Europe. The price was not low enough to justify the long lead time. Tracking information from France was vague at best.

Shipment corresponds to the order but delivery times are particularly slow!!!!

The products arrived as ordered Too bad it took a month to receive them and it was not specified when ordering (04.12-23.12) It was also not specified that the products were not in stock

This review could have been worse. The item shipped was not what I ordered, and communication with their customer service was complicated by the fact that they are located in France creating time and language barriers. However I do feel that they cared and did show concern for the issues, even if they couldn't resolve them, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

They made a mistake with the order...

The stated delivery time was incorrect: Instead of one week, I had to wait four. However, the customer service and packaging were excellent.

Order received but took more than a week. Packaging was torn but fortunately everything was still in it.

Product arrived broken in package

Article delivered not corresponding to the order. Impossible to contact by phone to rectify the error. Complaint made by mail without response Delivery times long.

The item was in stock at the time of the order and the arrival expectation was about 7 working GG, after the purchase it was unavailable but coming from the supplier .... I tried calling 2 or 3 times at different times customer service and never got to talk to anyone, worried because it was the first order I tried to contact them via form and also via verified reviews, after this happened and after 3 weeks of waiting then the package was packed and shipped.... Arrived after a month of waiting was compliant.....I recommend the site to review the information provided on availability, shipping and 'arrival of products, if I had been informed about the long waiting period I would not have worried, I recommend the site to improve customer service. I advise customers to take for time if it is a gift, in the end everything arrived as promised but it took a while.

If you don't, there's no point in lying.

Site navigation is fine but delivery is very slow

It took more than two weeks to receive my order. Website also gives unclear indication of current status.

It did take a very long time,. no message received that the delivery person did not reach the delivery post Dulor in Haarlem anymore. only after 3 weeks i found out there that it was delivered in Qruquius and arrived just in time before it was sent back to you.

In terms of the site, the information and the order, it's good. However, I wouldn't say the same for the delivery: the parcel arrived at the relay point open, and the packaging for the battery ordered as an extra was also open. You send items of a certain value that travel hundreds of kilometers and pass through several hands and depots during their transport, and despite this, the packaging is treated very lightly. Packages aren't sufficiently secure, and that's a real shame......I really think this is a serious area for improvement if you want to build customer loyalty! It's a pity because your site is particularly pleasant and complete. Best regards.

Product was complete, but the package had been opened when I took it out of the box

2 models of the commane missing and no explanation ????

It seemed to me that I'd ordered a model to be built and not one already made. A little disappointed, I must admit.

Upon opening 1 of the boxes that were sealed, 1 part was missing from the sprue, also loose in the box it did not appear to be present. This means I cannot build this model because it is crucial in this model/

Expected a kit got only the decals

Very nice product, a little expensive and a little long in coming. But very satisfied with my purchase all the same. Maybe I'll come back to you? But as usual I'll look at several other sellers before you do. I think the price of this model with delivery is around 250€. Have a nice weekend.

Very expensive products and delay in delivery

For a simple order, it all takes a long time. Also too little info on when to ship

Let's start with the positive: the order arrived on time. Then let's come to the negative point, the paint was hardened and therefore unusable, 6 colors were provided for the model but only 4 were in the box, some parts were broken or undone, as if the box had already been unpacked ....

Good but delivery a bit long, still not received by the way. Order on 29/11

The parcel was sent a long way from my home to a post office I didn't know (Technoparc de st Genis Pouilly) and which I had a lot of trouble finding. The package was huge and difficult to carry. The dimensions should be highlighted when the item is ordered.

Delivery too long and expensive

The free shipping was referring only to the pickup point. All sites now give free shipping charges upon reaching a certain threshold even for home shipping.

Order processing and shipping of the goods did not go so well. On the plus side, the support team was very helpful. Many thanks for that. Things only went better and faster after the support team got involved.

Online availability should be updated abruptly, so that people's time would not be wasted.

Long delivery time without status updates. Delivered goods defective. Refusal to replace because DHL was to blame, although the packaging was not damaged. Otherwise top.
