I have been ripped off and robbed. I made the return of the products purchased (It was for a gift and I made a mistake in the scale of products) and almost two months later I have not received any refund or voucher for the amount spent or anything like that. I have been trying for two weeks to contact them by phone and email and there is no way they will answer my calls or emails. I have neither the products nor the money. I feel like I have been ripped off and robbed.

Not very impressed with the shipping 1 told it was going out DHL it did not. 2 two weeks wait for shipment 3 shipment was not boxed but wrapped with thin black plastic 4 the boxes inside plastic wrap were crushed on one side and plastic wrap was torn open.
