I ordered a Ferrari Enzo (ref: 87775I) but received a plastic, radio-controlled Ferrari F430 (see photo). I called 1001maquettes to express my astonishment. They agreed to reimburse me but I had to pay for the return postage. Almost €13 in shipping costs for an order I would never have placed if the ad had been correct. You can see that the reference still shows an Enzo, even if after my call it was changed to specify that the vehicle is radio ordered and today it only specifies F430 (You can compare the site with the screenshot) I'm not satisfied and I don't recommend the site. On 2412 I place an order and the products are available. I choose colissimo delivery to be delivered quickly. On 4412 the website informed me that my order had been processed. On 9412 I still hadn't received anything. I sent them an e-mail to which 1001 maquettes replied that a product had been restocked! They don't warn me if I don't ask for anything! I then asked for a refund of the shipping costs for not respecting the delivery time and they offered me free shipping on a future order! Finally I received my parcel on 14412, i.e. 12 days after placing my order.......... I paid a lot for the colissimo...... Site non r

Of the last two orders, the first took more than a fortnight to arrive and the second I still haven't received after three weeks.
