Order placed on 17042019. Worried about the time spent on 25042019 I decided to contact the website chat. So you need to know that for example: 4 copies available does not mean that there are 4 copies in stock but rather 4 copies available from the 1001 Maquettes supplier. The delay in delivery (non-preparation of the order) is that a model is in restocking (whereas on the site it is available in 2 copies) approximately 2 days later the parcel is prepared and dispatched. No compensation, no discount, no coupon ... in short, no commercial gesture. I'm a bit disappointed by the confusing way the site is managed. We'll see how it goes ... Further to your reply to my review: I'm not going back on the shipping time. But as soon as you validate your order"". For me, but I could be wrong, the validation of the order is dated 170419 (date of credit card collection) and therefore from 170419 to 020519 does not correspond to the 5 to 7 working days of shipping time as you pointed out to me. P51 model purchased. Fast delivery BUT it was indicated on this box that the paints were supplied which is false. 4 paints supplied 2 missing including the main one and 1 which does not correspond to the model. Result: I'll have to go and buy the paints before I can assemble the model.

Nothing to say about my order placed on a Thursday and received by colissimo the following Monday. In general, I'd rather rate the 1001 Maquettes site: the advantage of this site is that it offers an absolutely plethoric catalog! Quite simply, are you looking for a particular model? A rare part? A special decal sheet... In short, there's a good chance you'll find it! The problem is that this advantage comes at a high price, which is why I only go to 1001 Maquettes as a last resort when I can't find what I'm looking for elsewhere. Su""classiques"" (like Airfix Revell Tamiya Academy etc...) the prices are well above the competition. On the other hand, navigation on the site is a bit messy, and among the abundance of references it's sometimes rather difficult to sort out. And when you're faced with a product from a Czech brand (for example) that's unknown to the general public, you feel a bit sick to your stomach before clicking""Add to Cart""...

Out of stock, overpriced late postage. Ordered 17 packs of card dividers in various colours, left 4 packs out as stated out of stock on site. A while after ordering was notified they had to get stock in, even though it stated in-stock and i refreshed up until purchasing, and you cannot purchase if out of stock. Items came 2 1/2 weeks later in oversized box, with an invoice thats in French. Postage was way overpriced at over £7. Product was as described, which is the only plus.
