When I placed my order, a figurine was supposedly offered, but I later realized that this figurine had been invoiced, despite a message sent to this effect. This figurine, which I had not ordered, was not removed, but was indeed invoiced.
A Wee Bit Disappointed I did receive my item when expectedbut was disappointed that my rather expensive items arrived bent with only a bubble mailer to ""protect"" them. Items were metal and flexible but are not meant to be sharply bent. A piece of cardboard in the envelope could have prevented all of that and not added much to the weight. Paid $20 for shipping to America and expected a bit more care for the price.

If I hadn't paid via PayPal, I would probably still be waiting for my shipment. Order dated 06.12.2016. No response to my emails either. Only after contacting PayPal did I receive a response. The shipment (letter) was delivered on 22.12.2016.
The tracking of orders is correct, the speed of response is also correct but on the other hand delivery times are relatively long.otherwise RAS good holiday season. Sincerely

Satisfied with the product but disappointed not to have obtained the answer to the question asked by e-mail and telephone concerning the size of the figurines. This information is not noted on the site, so we only found the dimensions when we received the box.

Even after the second request for a few articles, there has been no response to date. LNF is not a common abbreviation in model making... not even outside Germany! The descriptions of the articles are extremely poor. It would be important to me if I knew what I was buying... Describing a Microflyer as unequipped when probably only the transmitter is missing is extremely clumsy! Sorry, I am also used to German quality in the description...

Poor I had to chase to find where my purchase was. If you do use them, only use paypal or some other system which allows you to chase them effectively or get your money back. They use Hermes as one of their carriers, difficult to judge where your parcel is as they don't update their system correctly.

I received a delivery and the packaging, which was not damaged, contained only air. There is also no contact person at the company, you always have to address the company as 1001 modellbau. You have to pay in advance and then you only get air, the EU has come a long way in Europe, something that didn't exist 30 years ago. I can do without such a Europe. I paid over 30 EURO for air from France. Now I have received the same model in Germany with postage for 1495 euros. I will never order anything from abroad again.

I ordered an item on 2209 which was announced as being in stock. On 2309 I was debited for the amount of the order. On 3009 I received an e-mail stating that the product was awaiting delivery. I left several messages by e-mail and answering machine (nobody ever answers the number given) without any reply to date. Finally, after numerous telephone messages and e-mails, I was reimbursed on December 09.
