Order placed on 1610. Delivery estimated between 1710 and 2010 according to the site. Some of the items in my order were mentioned as having a 10 to 12 day lead time. Today is 111, a public holiday, but the 12 working days have passed and despite 2 reminders by e-mail, no response. No news of the order. Good choice of products but not serious about delivery times and customer information. And from reading the various reviews, I'm far from being a good customer.

Hello I had asked for a delivery in point relay but the parcel arrived at my home delivered by the letter carrier. This choice was justified by the almost constant absence of someone at home. What's more, as the parcel was a Christmas present, it could have been received by the recipient, which was to be avoided. Otherwise impeccable package and delivery.

Hello I ordered a Jouef starter set on this site and now some parts are missing from the box. I contacted them and found young people who know absolutely nothing about model railroading. I don't think I'd recommend this site to anyone or that I'd order it myself.

Satisfactory choice of products. I had left a comment (about paint colors) in a dedicated area to clarify my order which was not taken into account. It was indicated that the product was available for delivery in 2 to 4 days, but in the end it was delivered in 10 days!

Of the two orders I have placed on this site have been delayed at least one week longer than I had chosen with the shipping costs.

This is the first time I have used your services, they are competent but the shipping service is very slow and takes more days than stipulated.

Hello I ordered a plane and I received decals but I probably misread the offer and conditions... I sent back an email as soon as I received my order to point out the error the confusion... I have been waiting since august 26th for the delivery of the package and we are now on august 30th and no sign of life.

When items are out of stock, the site offers to let you know as soon as the restock arrives, but this is never done. The delivery time is far too long, and when you complain about it, you get the runaround. It's a shame we don't listen to our customers. You have good products, but the rest is up to you.

After almost a week, I got an email to say ""your order is being processed"" say what?! How hard is it to go pick 2 cans of spray varnish and pack them? After another week my item arrived. Why would I wait 2 weeks for an order from France, when I can buy exactly the same product WITHIN the UK. Misleading.

Order went out on 04.07. The goods were then dispatched on 12.07 and the parcel arrived on 20.07. Not for impatient or last-minute birthday presents. There was nothing wrong with the parcel or the goods.

Nothing to say about the quality of the model, but delivery was too late, 3 days late.

A Complaint Not a good transaction ......after two weeks the order had not even exited the 1001 facility, much less being close the being delivered. Four days ago I received an email telling me it has been shipped and that it would be delivered shortly. (????) I would be receiving another email with a tracking #......nothing yet. This process has been far too long, especially at a the $19.95 shipping cost. Cannot give any +++ whatsoever concerning this transaction.
