Delivery time approx. 3 weeks. In between, several e-mails that the item was temporarily unavailable but had been ordered. Then another shipping confirmation etc. However, I had already been informed in advance by friends that the delivery time with this supplier is quite long. The quality of the badge I ordered was mediocre. The clasp (plastic!) broke the first time I used it. But the badge itself was ok.
I placed an order 13 days ago and still haven't received it. I paid a surcharge to receive it earlier by DHL and it doesn't seem to have done me any good. I have sent an email to find out something and have not yet received a reply. I am not at all happy

Very well-stocked site, lots of choice. Prices remain reasonable. However, I have often had problems with the delivery of orders (deadline not met or order signed""delivered"" but not arrived). I have contacted customer service for information, but they have never replied.

On an order, the same product cannot be found with the reference ordered. A significant increase despite a posted reduction with a varying reference? Receipt of an advertised product with 3 cars? I don't really understand how you work, even though I'm satisfied with the various orders I've placed so far? Maybe the last one.

I ordered and paid for a modeling item after 16 days I still have not received
In my order, a model included paint pots, one of which was leaking ... the result is obviously visible, the box containing the pots being transparent. Alas, not sending a faulty product is obviously not an objective. It's all the more annoying because it's impossible to make a simple complaint via your order history in my account.

The product I ordered on April 25th was supposedly dispatched on the 27th! To date (May 5th) I still haven't received anything! After contacting the service department, I was advised to wait for the product to arrive.
