Unacceptable I have not received shipment especially with how expensive it is to ship.

I ordered and paid for a modeling item after 16 days I still have not received

In my order, a model included paint pots, one of which was leaking ... the result is obviously visible, the box containing the pots being transparent. Alas, not sending a faulty product is obviously not an objective. It's all the more annoying because it's impossible to make a simple complaint via your order history in my account.

The product I ordered on April 25th was supposedly dispatched on the 27th! To date (May 5th) I still haven't received anything! After contacting the service department, I was advised to wait for the product to arrive.

The products are well packaged and arrive correctly. The only problem is the deplorable delay of my delivery. 10 days is far too long. When you compare with other companies who are also from France the delivery time is 2448H maximum. For the rest I'm happy.

I am very unhappy with delivery time. I ordered a sheet of decals for an older 1:48 scale B-17 kit on 2/10/16. The kit was 90% complete but the kit decals were too old. On 2/18/16 I sent a message requesting status and saying that if the decal sheet was not in stock I would select a different one. On 2/19/16 I received an email saying it shipped and they would notify me of a tracking number. It is now 3/2/16 and I have not received a tracking number or the decals. This is not acceptable and I will know better in the future not to order from 1001 models.

I ordered several models from 1001 maquettes and they were all delivered in good condition, no problems there. However, there were two models for which I had a problem. One took two months to arrive after we had to send several emails to customer service to point out that it still hadn't arrived, even though we'd been charged. Same problem recently (order dated January 15) and still no delivery.

The package arrived in very bad condition and the assembly pieces all detached from where they were supposed to be!!!

The 1001 maquettes site is very good in itself, but the delivery time is too long! I'm being asked to rate the site even though I haven't received my last order yet.

I paid for an express service and after 48 hours the order is still not shipped. I have even contacted them and they do not respond. I have opened a dispute with Paypal to see if they now respond. I add after their response: I am not going to modify anything so that everything is reflected. Once I opened the dispute they have put the order as shipped. The site should be improved to refuse orders if out of stock, rather than letting customers pay, especially with the chronopost option, which means an emergency (birthday) to warn several days later that the item is out of stock.

Description of product on website is completely misleading I ordered the 1:72 EDUARD 7503 Figure RFC crew 1917. In their product description: I copied and pasted this from their site: Type of product : Model figures The figurines are sold in boxes with several figures: - in the 1:72 scale, the boxes usually contain 40-50 figurine soldiers, or 15 cavalry figurines. In reality, there were only 6 figurines. At $13.99 plus shipping, this is way too expensive and not as described. It was a rip off!
