I received an item labelled with the reference ordered, but the contents were nothing like it. After 48 hours, the after-sales service asked me again for a photo and references already supplied in a 1st e-mail, claiming to request a return label for the product. It took them over a week to realize that (following a request from me) their request had not been taken into account... The initial order dating from 211215 is still incomplete to this day. I can only imagine the worst for the future as these difficulties only concern the return of the wrong item and I'm not about to receive the right one! So much the better for those whose orders are error-free, but given the quality and efficiency of this box, I strongly advise against it (especially as their prices are high and I've found the same items elsewhere).

After having sent 2 mails no new dema command
I buy very often onlined from Czechoslovakia for example within 1012 working days I have the goods......here since January 5 (order and payment date)they write to me that they are waiting for their supplier to deliver the kits I ordered:Other online stores have the stockand the sitealways updated. Hello My last order (72365) was the subject of a delivery error having received the reference EDEX305 instead of the reference EDCX305. The error may be understandable given the similarity of the references, but the 2 products (photo-cuts) are totally different. What's unacceptable is that customer service/contact is totally non-existent: no one answers the phone (answering machine 24 hours a day) and no calls following a message left on voicemail. What's more, there's no response to the written messages left on the site. I therefore strongly advise against ordering! Delivery times are acceptable, but if your delivery doesn't correspond to your order, you'll only have your eyes to cry! What's more, in the event of unavailability (even though the order states otherwise), a credit note will be issued.
Mismanagement of product references in an order for a customer. example: I've received my order but it's missing two jars of NOIR MAT ref: HU033 paint, which I still haven't received to this day? and which I'd like to order.

I bought some paintings all of them marked as available on Wednesday December 2 until day 5 are not marked c""sent"" and to day 13 still waiting to receive it.
Too long a delay
The order was placed at the end of September and the product was delivered only after 22 days but the delivery charges did not change! Impossible to get them on the phone or by internet, I received the same answer three times, simply copied and pasted. Finally the product arrived well packed, nothing to say. I have the impression that they don't have enough stock but consequently they shouldn't charge for deliveries.

Why announce a delivery date when it will not be respected? More than 7 days difference between the announced date and the delivery date! Non-existent communication! No response to my requests for information.

The only e-mails I have received are three copies of OTHER buyer's requests for shipping updates and a copy of an inquiry I made before ordering - and that was never responded to - plus it now refers to a product I didn't ask about. All these e-mails seem to automated responses. All I ask for is an e-mail - preferably from a real person - letting me know that my order is in stock and it will be shipping soon . UPDATE: I finally received my order from 1001 Models - nearly two months after my order was placed and paid for. Communication was better over the last few weeks but still below expectations. I can accept delays but only if I'm informed of them. I was still getting comments in my account that had nothing to do with my order.

Slow Delivery The sale of this model kit was the slowest in a sale of a $200.00 Model kit. Delivery was good the box came in good shape and took a parts count ] to make sure that all part trees were in the model kit it was complete full] count. On 070915 I placed an order for 2 sheets of decals with the little green logo ""in stock&available within 24h"". It was put into the distribution circuit (priority mail) on 140915 (green logo !!!!) and the envelope arrived on 210915. Fortunately it was priority mail. Bravo la poste!
