Description of product on website is completely misleading I ordered the 1:72 EDUARD 7503 Figure RFC crew 1917. In their product description: I copied and pasted this from their site: Type of product : Model figures The figurines are sold in boxes with several figures: - in the 1:72 scale, the boxes usually contain 40-50 figurine soldiers, or 15 cavalry figurines. In reality, there were only 6 figurines. At $13.99 plus shipping, this is way too expensive and not as described. It was a rip off!

Too much time elapses between the communication of ""Parcel shipped"" and the tracking number ( e.g.: shipping date 12022016 to today 17022016 I have not yet received the tracking no.). Sincerely
Badly signposted depot store, barely clean, waited 12 hours for someone to tell me the parcel wasn't there and found it 14 hours later.
Nothing to complain about in terms of products, packaging or communication. Everything is top-notch. But delivery times are far too long: at least 3 days before sending the goods, then a short week to receive everything, i.e. a total of more than 10 days for 3 small pots of paint.
Product reported to be in stock ordered on Feb 3 with the additional charge for expedited shipping as of today Feb 11 the order is still IN ELABORATION and their email response confirms this status. First and last purchase from 1001models.

First order a product is not in stock although it was available for purchase. compensation of a purchase voucher. second order with an equivalent product but which obliges to buy a model. The order is validated (after contact?). But the post office misdirected the parcel and I'm on hold. I hope this adventure ends well.
I received my order but my REVELL plasto tube was chewed up and damaged in transit, which is a shame as it would have been wedged or stuck to the wall of the car.
I asked for replacement of a color ordered double was not done. A 5 euro discount coupon I was given was not applied. I got a tube of putty all crushed (maybe it's already been used??). The courier gave me a chance to change delivery address but then delivered to the original address. Better Amazon...
It's the 1st time I order but the model is not explained in french for the assembly and the paper had to stay in the sun or the model is old

I give it two stars because I have not yet received the merchandise and I have been waiting for twelve days, even though they state in the order that it was shipped quickly.
I bought a Fieseler Storch in 1/32nd scale at a great price and the product is also first class. There is nothing to complain about! Unfortunately, however, I only received my tracking number after some time despite the fact that the goods had supposedly already been dispatched a few days ago (according to the system). I had several queries and only received a reply to a single email, which also seemed rather automated. No one is available on their hotline (Berlin area code 030) at any time and they never called me back! So the communication is in serious need of improvement!!!
I received an item labelled with the reference ordered, but the contents were nothing like it. After 48 hours, the after-sales service asked me again for a photo and references already supplied in a 1st e-mail, claiming to request a return label for the product. It took them over a week to realize that (following a request from me) their request had not been taken into account... The initial order dating from 211215 is still incomplete to this day. I can only imagine the worst for the future as these difficulties only concern the return of the wrong item and I'm not about to receive the right one! So much the better for those whose orders are error-free, but given the quality and efficiency of this box, I strongly advise against it (especially as their prices are high and I've found the same items elsewhere).

I buy very often onlined from Czechoslovakia for example within 1012 working days I have the goods......here since January 5 (order and payment date)they write to me that they are waiting for their supplier to deliver the kits I ordered:Other online stores have the stockand the sitealways updated. Hello My last order (72365) was the subject of a delivery error having received the reference EDEX305 instead of the reference EDCX305. The error may be understandable given the similarity of the references, but the 2 products (photo-cuts) are totally different. What's unacceptable is that customer service/contact is totally non-existent: no one answers the phone (answering machine 24 hours a day) and no calls following a message left on voicemail. What's more, there's no response to the written messages left on the site. I therefore strongly advise against ordering! Delivery times are acceptable, but if your delivery doesn't correspond to your order, you'll only have your eyes to cry! What's more, in the event of unavailability (even though the order states otherwise), a credit note will be issued.
Mismanagement of product references in an order for a customer. example: I've received my order but it's missing two jars of NOIR MAT ref: HU033 paint, which I still haven't received to this day? and which I'd like to order.

I bought some paintings all of them marked as available on Wednesday December 2 until day 5 are not marked c""sent"" and to day 13 still waiting to receive it.
Too long a delay
The order was placed at the end of September and the product was delivered only after 22 days but the delivery charges did not change! Impossible to get them on the phone or by internet, I received the same answer three times, simply copied and pasted. Finally the product arrived well packed, nothing to say. I have the impression that they don't have enough stock but consequently they shouldn't charge for deliveries.
