A little low to ship, no contact with client, merchandise pristine Since my order was shipped almost 15 days after i order and in those days i receive no mail or status of my order, i was afraid i lost my money since info says they're in Arkansas. July 5, status says Order in progress (the items will in our facility in 5-6 days) I order July 3, order arrive July 27. But the order arrive pristine, good package. I was thinking rating 3 stars, for no keep client informed. I receive package first and mail status 1 day after. If merchandise not in stock at Arkansas, they must informed client about order in progress from 1001maquettes.fr Do i order again, yes i'll do, was new experience.

A small error concerning delivery times: items shown as being in stock on the site require a few days before dispatch (order relayed to the supplier). The only drawback is that, despite the rigid cardboard packaging, the box containing my model arrived dented and therefore damaged at two corners, which is a bit messy for a gift. The fault lies more with the carrier than with the merchant site, but it would be a good idea to think about stronger packaging.
