Never Again Never Again Dispatching and shipping takes far too long. I ordered 5 weeks ago and still have got nothing. No reaction when complaining by mail. Horrible prices: Most of the items are nearly priced double compared to competitors like Hannants. Not acceptable. I only ordered because I found this special kit anywhere else.

Very bad experience with this site. stock not updated. paint order placed with them with stock available listed on the site. but two weeks later i have to call them to be told that my order is not going to be shipped because of 3 references that are on order... no initiative on their part (delayed shipment, commercial gesture...) I wouldn't recommend them

Last 12122016 I placed an order that was charged to my account on 14122016. Not receiving the product and not having information on the status of the order I made several calls in which an answering machine answered indicating to send an email which I did after three emails sent to which no one has responded on 06012017 13012017 and 24012017 I find that as of the date of sending this notice no one has contacted me to tell me the status of the order or responded to my request for a refund of the amount paid. I request a refund of the amount paid (14508€) to the credit card I used to place the order.
