Why announce a delivery date when it will not be respected? More than 7 days difference between the announced date and the delivery date! Non-existent communication! No response to my requests for information.

The time between an internet order and the dispatch of that order is far too long: 4 to 5 days for products available within 24 hours.

No tracking code received although I paid extra for it much too long delivery time no response to messages.

Having ordered 2 assembly kits one was intact while one was missing pieces I asked for the missing pieces to be shipped but never received a response if they had answered my question or complaint I would have also given 5 stars because the site is very detailed and fast.

I don't know what happened to my cheque. I sent it the same day as my order and it arrived the day after I received an e-mail saying that you hadn't received it, 10 days after I sent it. The only e-mails I have received are three copies of OTHER buyer's requests for shipping updates and a copy of an inquiry I made before ordering - and that was never responded to - plus it now refers to a product I didn't ask about. All these e-mails seem to automated responses. All I ask for is an e-mail - preferably from a real person - letting me know that my order is in stock and it will be shipping soon . UPDATE: I finally received my order from 1001 Models - nearly two months after my order was placed and paid for. Communication was better over the last few weeks but still below expectations. I can accept delays but only if I'm informed of them. I was still getting comments in my account that had nothing to do with my order.

Slow Delivery The sale of this model kit was the slowest in a sale of a $200.00 Model kit. Delivery was good the box came in good shape and took a parts count ] to make sure that all part trees were in the model kit it was complete full] count. Very poor quality - return to dispatch immediately

On 070915 I placed an order for 2 sheets of decals with the little green logo ""in stock&available within 24h"". It was put into the distribution circuit (priority mail) on 140915 (green logo !!!!) and the envelope arrived on 210915. Fortunately it was priority mail. Bravo la poste!

Very disappointed. i ordered a car model in one color for a gift. i received this model in another color. i contacted customer service by email. for a ""reacti"" (as noted on the site) 24 hours passed and no answer to my request.

I found wagons for the model railroad here that are no longer available anywhere else. However, it is not true that the goods are dispatched within two days. It was more like two weeks. So if you are looking for a rare model, this is the right place. However, you have to be patient.

When you take four days, in fact, you wait for payment and then you complete the order. What's more, the letter carrier never comes up to deliver the parcel. You have to go to the post office. On the other hand, if we take the parcel to Auchan St Priest for my example, we are well received and well served. Everything is easy and clear. But you have to be valid etc. Yet I take the colissimo rate. I had asked for gift wrap. The only thing that's long is the delivery time. I picked up the package more than 1

Disappointed because I was hoping for a large-format model and I received a miniaturenevertheless of high quality.

Delivery delayed more than fifteen days

I ordered from 1001Modellbau because I really liked their website. The goods I ordered were also immediately available and should have arrived within 2 days. In the end it took over 1 -2 weeks. Value for money is okay. But it is much cheaper if you do without an internet presence. I don't know whether I would buy here again as the waiting time was very long.

Delay much too long...more than a week having paid a colissimo whereas elsewhere for an order placed the same day the parcel arrived within 48 hours.

The lead time is a bit longand the prices higher than the competition

A400m Grizzly A large model that I haven't completed as yet. The main problem being the undercarriage as the wheels keep breaking off their stub axles even using the smallest amount of glue. So I've had to sell them out and fit new axles of from spare plastic.. Apart from that its looking like a smashing model

The products and assortment are great cm the customer service only problem a long waiting time .... I will definitely buy from the site again with that in mind

The delivery conditions are totally unsatisfactory: 1) The invoice advertises Collisimo and the charges correspond to this service, but in reality the service used is Colieco, which takes much longer, so this is a misleading statement 2) The choice of bubble envelope is not the most appropriate for sending glass jars I am not satisfied with 1001 Maquettes, which seems to cut corners to the detriment of quality of service and respect for the environment.
