Delivery delayed more than fifteen days
I ordered from 1001Modellbau because I really liked their website. The goods I ordered were also immediately available and should have arrived within 2 days. In the end it took over 1 -2 weeks. Value for money is okay. But it is much cheaper if you do without an internet presence. I don't know whether I would buy here again as the waiting time was very long.

Delay much too long...more than a week having paid a colissimo whereas elsewhere for an order placed the same day the parcel arrived within 48 hours.
The lead time is a bit longand the prices higher than the competition
A400m Grizzly A large model that I haven't completed as yet. The main problem being the undercarriage as the wheels keep breaking off their stub axles even using the smallest amount of glue. So I've had to sell them out and fit new axles of from spare plastic.. Apart from that its looking like a smashing model

The products and assortment are great cm the customer service only problem a long waiting time .... I will definitely buy from the site again with that in mind
The delivery conditions are totally unsatisfactory: 1) The invoice advertises Collisimo and the charges correspond to this service, but in reality the service used is Colieco, which takes much longer, so this is a misleading statement 2) The choice of bubble envelope is not the most appropriate for sending glass jars I am not satisfied with 1001 Maquettes, which seems to cut corners to the detriment of quality of service and respect for the environment.
As far as the products are concerned, nothing to complain about. However, I had chosen express shipping (which cost me 15€ excessive more than the order itself) to have in any case a delivery after more than a week. Horible shipping I ordered 3 bottles of polystyrene cement, it arrived on time but it was packaged poorly and one of the bottles developed a leak and covered all the bottles in the cement. Now i'm down one bottle, not happy.

NOT VERY SATISFIED FOR THE MOMENT BECAUSE CONTRARY TO THE 48 HOURS OF WAITING OF THE POST OFFICE I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PARCEL! I PLACED MY ORDER TEN DAYS AGO AND PAID IMMEDIATELY. Correct packaging but shipping a little slow. A mail departure on Wednesday for an order placed on Saturday morning is a bit long. Especially when you make the effort to pay for a ground parcel.

Not all products are available. For the same product, the price is often 2 times more expensive than on other sites. For the same delivery quality, e.g. silo parcel, the price is 25% more expensive. In short, too expensive. For an unavailable product, there is no refund but a credit note. On another site, the product was at the same price but without the credit note.
For the fact that the items were delivered from Paris to Saarbrücken, they arrived surprisingly quickly. The many emails documenting every little step of the processing were sometimes annoying. The packaging for the color tins consisted only of a large bubble envelope in which the tins had a lot of space. Fortunately, only one tin opened and the good quality of the envelope prevented a bigger mess. So there is still room for improvement.

Order placed on 280515 with confirmation of delivery between 0106 and 0306. As of date 1006 still nothing. Invoiced for Colissimo but sent by Colieco, which in terms of price and delivery time is not quite the same thing. Share my opinion honestly? I very often receive emails from your p""gain 10% this 10% that""...I'm not in the habit of systematically buying as soon as there's this kind of promotion. Compulsive buying... But the day I need equipment, there's no more promotion, just the basic price. What's worse? The very next day I receive a no""10% on your next order"" ! I bought three weeks ago. When the ten days were up (I have assumed they are business days) I sent them an email asking about my order. They replied with an email telling me to wait another week. I still don't have my order and they have asked me to rate my experience and no way.

Address Error, Ordered 4 got 2, and learned to only buy 1 item at a time! My first experience with the company was not the best. I ordered a figure i already had, but was broken as a test to see if I would even get it. They put my address on there wrong so I had a hard time getting it. For some reason the post office couldn't figure out that my apt# was just put first instead of where it should have gone. I managed to get it, but I had to do things I normally wouldn't have done if it were correct. I ordered 4 figures several months later. After 2 months of waiting I got several emails stating that several of them were unavailable. I got 3 vouchers so I expected to only receive 1 of them. To my surprise 2 of them showed up! I then ordered the missing ones separately and got the first almost immediately, and the second just shipped. I've gotten all that I plan to get from this company as I was only looking for those specific figures and this was the ONLY place to find them reasonably priced (they are discontinued now). It takes a long time for them to actually ship things and my suggestion to others purchasing from them is to purchase 1-2 items at a time only. Also, I was surprised that the vouchers did not cover shipping even though there was more than enough to cover it and my purchase. It should have covered the shipping too.

Sent wrong order. No response from customer service. I was sent an incorrect order and that incorrect order was also damaged. I contacted customer service two days ago and received no response. I am very disappointed with the transaction. I guess my next step will be to contact my credit card company and dispute the transaction.

I ordered decals on sale that should no longer be offered because of their poor quality and asked questions that went unanswered. Delivery time
I merely placed an order and let's just say everything went well. It arrived a few days late and the package that contained the box was almost all sketchy besides the fact that it was left in the stairs of my apartment building without being called or notified.

I am completely satisfied with the goods, the store system and the actual ordering process. I couldn't find the goods here in Germany in such a complete form in any other store, which is why I chose this store, which was unknown to me at the time. You constantly receive status updates about your order, which is very good in principle, but sometimes also quite pointless, up to three times a day and then such meaningless information as ""will be shipped soon"". You can save yourself that if you use meaningful and sensible statuses because as a customer I am not interested in the fact that ""soon"" (when??) will be shipped and then days go by until something finally happens! As a customer, you wonder whether the parcel is already waiting in the corner somewhere. Receipt of the order - order processed - outgoing mail - that would be enough. In addition, the delivery time of 12 (!!) days for goods that were in stock was unfortunately far too slow by today's standards. I have even received goods faster from the USA and Japan. Within Germany, goods in stock should be dispatched on the next working day but no later than the day after next, i.e. they should reach the recipient in around 3 - 5 days. Anything else is simply out of date and not professional.

I was given a tracking number that was totally unusable. So for the moment I don't recommend this site, but I'll try the others and compare. There's a real problem with our promotions. In fact, they regularly mention ""free shipping"" with a minimum purchase of 89€. The trouble is, it seems to work only for orders within France. Why not grant the same advantage to foreign orders, in proportion to the rates applied in France?
