Hallelujah!!!..my parcel arrived on 2305...although we had agreed on 1005 by e-mail to send this parcel...13 days is not a bad delivery time. When I tried to purchase them, the system informed me that these products I requested would be available in about a month, and so I was willing to wait patiently. On 2142017 I made my choices by placing the products in the shopping cart I made the payment and after a few hours I received an e-mail titled [1001 MODELS] Order Confirmation Fri 214 20:23 with which I received the thank you for ordering from them with the details of the order the order number the amount paid with even the payment method and the description of the products purchased. The site offers a wide choice of paints. I was able to find what I was looking for. However, I was very disappointed by the delivery. I opted for an express delivery for foreign countries in order to be delivered before the weekend (delivery announced between Wednesday and Friday). This cost me over 30 euros (for 48 euros worth of goods). The parcel was only prepared on Wednesday and arrived on MONDAY! With express delivery at this price, the least you can do is respect the deadlines. Normal delivery cost half the price and was announced for Tuesday... What's more, when I opened the long-awaited parcel, the matte yellow enamel paint I'd ordered had been replaced by aquacolor acrylic!?!! In view of the return conditions (non-refundable delivery and return costs), it's better to deal with it, as the error of the prepayment is not to be taken into account.

Material theoretically shipped on March 21, 2017 as of today April 05, 2017 not yet arrived. Made request for information via e mail of where the order is to date after a week no one has responded. I find the behavior unfair I do not think there will be new orders from us in the future. In fact situation I consider very dangerous untrustworthy.
