Not overwhelmed by the experience! I ordered a 1/72 Italeri fast build M7 Priest/Kangaroo kit. I only considered the order because of not being able to find this kit elsewhere. I feel that the price even though it was 'on sale', was still a very premium price compared to similar kits. I accept the fact that a higher price may reflect its rairity. I expected to receive the kit in about a week to 2 weeks, it ended up being close to 4 weeks. Customer service was available, if not at time a bit spotty. I must say they did try to keep me in the loop. I did get a shipping tracking number which was very nice. Once I received the kit, the box was a bit banged up, had a few pieces loose in the box off the sprue, and had no assembly instructions nor the decals that the box front said should be included. At present, I don't know if I would order from 1001 ModelKits again.

Items in stock but delivery in over a week ...other sites deliver with colissimo in 48h for the same price...

The prices are a little more expensive than elsewhere I thought the quality was up to scratch but ....not to mention paying 8.90 postage to receive my purchases in a vulgar envelope there's some sloppiness. Ordered on a Saturday evening, arrived on Thursday morning, a far cry from the 48-hour delivery time. I wouldn't recommend this site: too expensive for the same products as elsewhere, transport time too expensive and too slow.

NOT IN ONE SENTENCE BUT IN ONE WORD: DISAPPOINTING

I have just received a RONDOMODEL model. It's a pity that there are no instructions in French. Personally, I don't have any problems with this, I'm happy with the sketches, but is this the case for everyone? As the model hasn't been assembled yet, I can't give you my opinion. First observation: a lot of burrs on the parts, which once cleaned are in good condition.

It's a shame to have to wait several months for delivery. It's also a shame not to be able to get your money back if you're not satisfied, as is the case with most e-businesses.

The site is simple and easy to use. I ordered a Lockheed AC-130H Spectre for my son but I couldn't find the list of paint cans to buy. On the site there are a lot of suggestions, but I don't know if it's for models in general or for this one in particular... D

Good products good prices good times not always met relatively to what was stated

The goods were complete and in excellent condition, but unfortunately the delivery by the parcel carrier was catastrophic. We only received our parcel after repeated requests and many phone calls... 🙁

2 weeks to be delivered when I paid 10e60 more for a 48h delivery. Certified as having arrived on time. No reimbursement of Colissimo charges. After-sales service hides behind their carrier not to refund a cent. Bad experience. I'm even going to give them a very bad publicity. Ina

Good models, lackluster service, long wait times. This was a less than pleasurable experience due to the lengthy delivery time - 27 days. My order was processed immediately and charged almost immediately on my credit card, this after the shipping rates were raised for some reason to a different price, which was higher than the quoted price when I pressed the button to complete my order. I was upset at that incident for days after the order. A week later, after filing an inquiry twice online, received a message that I would receive a voucher for the difference in price...I'll never use it, but why not just make the adjustment on this order Poor customer service in my opinion. I received no info or updates until the item was shipped in this country, three weeks later, from the post office tracking. Parcel arrived with some damage to the side of the box, with damage to one of the model boxes inside...but thankfully the model was not harmed. I find it amazing that there was no packaging or filler inside to protect the items inside the box, as with other model companies with every shipment. I order something from the next state over and the box has newspaper, Styrofoam peanuts, plastic bubble rap...something! But something comes from France and no filler whatsoever...hmmm. I'm not impressed with the service, but the price was better than some places here, however, I will never use your services again.

Earlier this week I bought 4 cans of model paint and I'm still waiting for delivery.

The order was processed quickly - the parcel was tracked and delivered on time - on receipt the parcel was damaged, but I scoured it anyway - on opening it turned out that one of the model's fins was broken, and I had to glue it back in place. The forwarder (colissimo) didn't take much care of the parcel, but the model's packaging was too light for this type of model (the model touches the cardboard directly, without any protection, especially on the front - this is unacceptable!) I'm quite surprised by the packaging, and you could have taken more precautions. So I have mixed feelings about this purchase. I had another purchase in mind for the same kind of model, but I'm reluctant to buy on the internet, as I'm a very good buyer.

Model paints Of the 6 paints that I ordered one was wrong. Delivery took long time but it may have been fault of USPS. Send email with complaint (there is no phone number available). Took 3 days to respond but got credit without any questions. Had to pay some extra for shipping but only pennies. Delivery of replacement was fast and color was the correct one.

I preferred it when there were pages in the figurines category at the 172nd and for the other sizes too we knew which page to go back to when we had added a box of figurines to the basket whereas now we have to click again on the category and the desired size the time to receive a parcel is perhaps a little long there are also figurines that are not in stock and that we would like to be able to buy otherwise it remains a very long delay.

I ordered two trumpeter showcases that were supposed to be in stock, and after several weeks I received one showcase. No big deal, I was given a credit note for the second display case (which was not available). I ordered it as soon as it was available, the price wasn't the same and I had to pay postage a second time. I would have liked the postage not to have been charged to me, as I was not responsible for the non-delivery when I placed the order.

I have ordered 2 times and they have never met the delivery date. Currently as of January 12th I have not received an order dated December 26th, having paid for a 5-6 day shipment, they should reimburse the price of that shipment.

What I received was 2 number Fiat 500's in Blue and 2 number 500C's in Pink in 1:87 scale in plastic. I also paid an extra £1.70 for gift wrapping, which was a paper bag! The quality of the products are excellent but they are not what I wanted or ordered! Wrong size, wrong materials and unwrapped, also they took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Additionally, when I checked my order on the website after they arrived, it had changed to what they delivered but the scale is still listed as 1:43. In summary they state that this product is no longer available - Which product is no longer available, the 1:43 Scale Die Cast Models or 1:87 Plastic Models? Luckily, my daughter, for which they were a Christmas present is happy with them.

I placed my order on December 17th for a product""supposedly"" in stock and which I paid for on the spot. Despite being processed the next day it was not shipped until a week later. Then the shipment has taken 10 more working days to arrive (15 calendar days). Not to compare but a fellow hobbyist placed an order on another site on December 30 and on January 5 he had it at home and was able to deliver his gifts on time. If the transport company they work with does not work, maybe they should be able to deliver the gifts on time.
