I have ordered 2 times and they have never met the delivery date. Currently as of January 12th I have not received an order dated December 26th, having paid for a 5-6 day shipment, they should reimburse the price of that shipment.

Category : Diecast models Fiat 500 Blue +500C Pink x 2 1:43 I ordered the advertised diecast models which were supposed to be a Fiat 500 in Blue and a 500C in Pink in 1:43 scale. What I received was 2 number Fiat 500's in Blue and 2 number 500C's in Pink in 1:87 scale in plastic. I also paid an extra £1.70 for gift wrapping, which was a paper bag! The quality of the products are excellent but they are not what I wanted or ordered! Wrong size, wrong materials and unwrapped, also they took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Additionally, when I checked my order on the website after they arrived, it had changed to what they delivered but the scale is still listed as 1:43. In summary they state that this product is no longer available - Which product is no longer available, the 1:43 Scale Die Cast Models or 1:87 Plastic Models? Luckily, my daughter, for which they were a Christmas present is happy with them.

Delivery times too long ( 13 days for items in stock ) Inadequate packaging. One of the items ordered arrived broken. For these two reasons: poor quality
I placed my order on December 17th for a product""supposedly"" in stock and which I paid for on the spot. Despite being processed the next day it was not shipped until a week later. Then the shipment has taken 10 more working days to arrive (15 calendar days). Not to compare but a fellow hobbyist placed an order on another site on December 30 and on January 5 he had it at home and was able to deliver his gifts on time. If the transport company they work with does not work, maybe they should be able to deliver the gifts on time.

Too bad I can't contact them by phone! I didn't receive an e-mail to let me know when the parcel had arrived. The relationship aspect needs to be improved. Otherwise, I got my parcel on time and I'm satisfied with the service.
Unfortunately my first order on 1001 maquettes wasn't a very serene one, as it was placed more than 10 days before Christmas and didn't arrive until Christmas day, with no real indication of why it had been ordered.
I am very disappointed by the site 1001 maquettes. I ordered a model of an aston martin on Friday afternoon at 5pm and the order was dispatched immediately. Having no news about the parcel a week later I contacted them and was informed that in fact they did not have it in stock! I was offered an alternative solution to the product, but it didn't suit me. So I asked for a refund. A week later I'm still waiting... in short they're very quick to debit but on the other hand updating their stock informing their customers and refunding them there's work there! 29-12-2014: still nothing on my account... 30-12-2014: that's it...thanks
The products offered are really many for all needs and of quality. In terms of assistance and information, the service is also of quality. The time elapsed between order and goods arrival considering that the payment is in advance goes a bit long. One criticism for the handling of missing products: the transformation of the value into a discount for a subsequent purchase does not seem correct to me especially in case incomplete orders are repeated.
Unsatisfactory response to damaged goods report. I ordered a Great Planes Giant Big Stik model aircraft which arrived with some damage to the rear of the fuselage. I reported the damage with photographs of both model and packaging and asked 1001model kits for their comments. Having paid over £300 for the model which was to be a special Christmas present (which I had noted on my order) I imagined they would at least have offered to reduce the price as I had received damaged goods. Their reply follows: Dear Sir, I am deeply sorry for the damage. Unfortunately we are located in France and have no solution for repairs in the UK. I suggest that you repair it yourself, this should not be too complicated. Best regards, -- Customer service UK buyers beware.

I ordered a model with delivery between 3 and 5 days in a relay point and I had to wait practically 15 days and no way of contacting anyone verbally to find out what was happening, whether it was 1001 maquettes or the carrier. The site sent me an e-mail with an offer of free delivery for my next order, even though I hadn't received my first order.

Actually I only wanted to give one star but rude (if you don't want to call a reply to my emails that) then yes, but the service is really not worth more than two stars. Paid both times in advance via PayPal for figures in 'stock' according to the list (why then 2-3 weeks delivery time) and received no credit for the undelivered package in the first order. The same with the second order, but this time at least a credit note on the account. Nevertheless, I don't see the point in continuing to finance these poor logistics in advance. This is simply too little for today's standards and I will definitely look around for other options, even though the range is huge (apparently too extensive), hence the lousy logistics
