Bad, the order arrived with a poorly closed paint can. But the problem is not that, which it is, but the disastrous incident management and customer service system, since after sending the complaint and receiving an automatic response message that they would urgently attend to the complaint, no one has managed it or contacted me. Instead of solving the customer's problem, all they do is send automatic messages like this one, asking about the level of satisfaction with the purchase. Why do you send these messages if you are not going to pay attention to them? Do you think these messages of concern for what the customer thinks give you more credibility? The reality is the opposite; the true credibility that makes the customer return to buy is achieved by solving the customer's problem well and quickly. Asking for feedback without acting afterwards not only does not generate credibility but also causes the loss of one customer plus many others by sharing the negative experience.

I purchased (2) items, (1) was sent, the other was not. When I followed up on this (which I had to multiple times) I was told the item was available to ship, then I was issued a store credit. I used as much of it as I could to buy something I did not even want because I could not get my money back. I will not be shopping here ever again.
