Dispute over delivery, ongoing since 21/01 and still no solution

Perfect! Except that we now have to go through non-existent or inefficient parcel relays.... 1 month to receive my order 😉 whereas before it was delivered directly to my home 🥳

I made 2 requests but I received one and I put a message to them and I have no answer.

I ordered on December 24th, the order was only sent on the 30th and I received it on January 3rd and I wasn't even informed. It's shameful, I won't be ordering from you again.

Very dissatisfied with customer service, the phone number is no longer assigned. I was billed for a €109 order that should have arrived on December 24, but I still haven't received anything. This is outrageous.

hello no I'm not at all satisfied, when I ordered NOTHING was specified just the brands of flowers and C B D oil so I took the oil that I normally take and now I receive Hydrosoluble oil, ... which has nothing to do with the sublingual, I was almost ready to send you back everything and then pissed off I gave it to a friend so I'm not!!! no big deal I'll go get some thank you

Order not received 12 days later. No replies to my emails. I will not recommend this site again, very disappointed with the customer service.

Attractive promotion but product of no real interest. What's more, the site advertises a 48-hour delivery time, but after 3 working days without delivery I wrote to customer service, which never replied. I received the order 5 days after ordering, a long way from the 48h... lousy delivery, unanswered customer service and an expensive product compared to the quality.

Order received but product very very very dry, I am disappointed with the quality received compared to usual. Should I change my website?

Very very disappointed with my last order: I didn't receive the 2 boxes of cbd cookies (321 refunded me), but above all the flowering cbd I ordered was of poor quality (only crumbs and branches and very dry - I sent a photo of this to customer service who ignored it), there was a promotional offer of 50% but if I had known I would have abstained.

Buy e liquid cbd 0 Thc on labels when in reality the full spectrum contains - 0.3 thc so unusable very disappointed!!!!

Everything was perfect until I read the dlm date on the bottles. September 2024... For an order received on the last day of August.

I ordered on 5/08, delivery was to be within 24H by my company "dpd". On 8/08, I still hadn't received anything, so I decided to call 321cbd, who called the delivery company. The 2 passed the buck. 321cbd decides to open an investigation, which should take about 15 days. Morality I paid 7€60 for a delivery scheduled in 24H, that I will receive in 15 days at best. The customer service was very courteous and quick to open the investigation at the loan of the deliveryman.

Fast and respected delivery only I had asked for it to be delivered to someone's home which was not taken into account, the letter carrier dropped it off anyway, and Moonrock CBD as I knew it elsewhere was much less good here.

Disappointed with my last order. Dry product with a taste of poorly dried hay.

Unfortunately a bottle leaked and I lost 1/3 of the container. Some bottles don't close properly even though they are new... I won't be ordering this product again even though it is very effective 😔

My parcel arrived after I left on business and was opened I did not receive the quantity paid for and had to incur costs again to source elsewhere - very disappointed😡

Not enough taste

Unfortunately the packaging was non-existent, in fact the product box was very damaged but not the bottle. What's more, there was no expiration date, although I believe this is compulsory. I received a reply from your services one year after opening. What if I open the bottle in a year's time? I don't recommend your site. It's up to you to give me objective answers. I can't evaluate the product as I haven't finished the previous one from another brand. Best regards

The orange bud and amnesia kush flowers I ordered were very dry. I consumed them with a vapo. Set at 180 degrees, I was only able to inhale a puff, after which the flower was burnt. I tried moistening it with steam from a pan on a piece of paper. I was really disappointed, I was really expecting the effects described. I have spondylitis and migraine nausea with drug treatments. In short, pain is part of my daily life and I was expecting a little relief, a relaxing break ... but I couldn't see anything as the flowers were too dry and not usable in my vapo. I turned it down to 160 degrees just in case, but the flower still crumbled after a puff. I'm obviously disappointed. I'm sorry The orange bud flowers and the amnesia kush arrived too dry. I ordered them to relieve me of inflammatory disease and to relax to have a break in my daily life. I consumed them in a vapo set at 180 degrees. First puff ok, then nothing, the flowers are already burnt and unusable. I've tried moistening them with steam over a pan of water, but that's not enough. In short, I'm really disappointed because I wasn't able to experiment and taste the flowers. I expected so much from these flowers, but to take the risk of recommending them and having them arrive still too dry... and paying again. In short, I'm sorry, I would have liked to have been able to give my opinion on usable and consumable flowers.

CBD flowers loaded with fertilizer. It's clear that productivity is the only objective. What's more, trichomes are scarce, and don't look very good. In short, pass.

Late delivery Very disappointed

An order placed in January and still nothing received to date March 27. Never received any indication of the arrival of my order at the relay point.

I recommend, without hesitation

After 1 week of use, I don't feel any benefit: I used to consume CBD oil from a competitor's brand at 5% in full spectrum, but I bought 321cbd's at 10% and it didn't work on me, which is very surprising, I have a small frame and am very sensitive to any substance. In any case, I won't repeat the experience, sorry.
