For the relational quality between the company and the client, everything is perfect. However, the communication from Pick Up is catastrophic. The package stayed ...5 days in the depot store without the carrier sending me an email or a text message. Unfortunately, this spoiled the experience for me. Fortunately, the cheese arrived intact.
