The transport costs to have the product repaired must be borne by the customer. Although EU law prohibits this. The embroidery on the 3rd umbrella is too far apart and not close together like the other last 2 embroideries. Nice feature that you can get the umbrella back if it is lost. I have already lost my umbrella 2 times.

The service is very efficient. I placed my order on Tuesday and was delivered on Thursday by Collissimo in secure reception, the umbrella was very well protected. The product is of good quality. Sté H2o offers the Looztick system which allows you to find the owner of the umbrella in case of loss and if it is found by an honest person. The additional cost of 12 euros is a good proposition as H2o products are of high quality and represent a certain cost. It should be noted that the Looztick device is delivered with 4 tags that can be used on other precious items. Very good advice also by phone.
The shipment was made to a friend. He seemed happy with my gift; however, I did not see the umbrella. Therefore, I do not know if it matches what I ordered.
