I placed an order for polyester resin to repair a surfboard, the order arrived defective, with the product dry. They did not take responsibility for exchanges or returns. They said to file a complaint with consumer services if I disagreed.
As we explained to you by email, the polyester resin order was delivered to your home on 11/11/25. Since it is a sensitive chemical product, we cannot guarantee or confirm the storage and preservation conditions during the two months it has been under your custody.
For this reason, we cannot accept the return or replacement of the product. We understand that this may be frustrating, and we regret that we cannot offer another solution on this occasion.
