The package was damaged, and nothing was done after reporting it with photos showing the damaged package to your after-sales service. It's a shame not to have received a commercial gesture.

The maximum dimensions are specified on the product sheet.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with 100% of bikes, especially in case of model change.
Electric mountain bikes, in particular, often have specific constraints.
