Very good this laguiole kit with xc75 blade. I replaced the provided juniper with boxwood (I had a piece left). The engraving of a name on the blade was not very visible though (steel too hard?).

Article unavailable for order, I was imposed a long manufacturing delay without being offered the possibility to choose another model. Corkscrew so hard that I need a tool to open it.
A bit surprised by your opinion following our various email exchanges, the last one from me, more than explicit, here is my response below.
Regarding the delay, we took 7 working days to manufacture, ship, and deliver the knife to you, this was at the beginning of May amidst weekends and public holidays.

This being specified, I confirm to you (as already mentioned in my previous email) that your knife is manufactured in our workshops (in Laguiole – Aveyron).
