Excellent level of service and seriousness. My factual experience following my order of a signet ring mounted with a lapis lazuli: On the photo the lapis lazuli was too clear for my taste. I contacted the saleswoman by phone. The reception was warm and welcoming. And the person took into consideration my desidérata by sending me the stone most in line with my tastes and my expectations. The quality of the product delivered, the packaging and the beautiful velvet pouch stamped with the name of the store are all delicate attentions that informed me of the care taken with the objects that are shipped and the concern to present them well.
