The ring I received had a stone that had been chosen incorrectly because it looked like it was damaged. In addition, I had ordered the wrong size. We were able to contact Aden by phone and he was very reactive and sent us another ring with a stone corresponding to our expectations and in another size. An envelope was sent to us with tracking so that we could return the old ring. Thus we did not have to pay for the return.
