Tracking etc. nickel. The relay package that I had selected was no longer active to date. I was contacted by phone to choose another relay package. I recommend aden's jewels. It was my first order and certainly not the last?

I had to send back the earrings I ordered because they didn't have as much sparkle as I expected from the picture but the contact with the seller was very good and fast.

The pendant initially purchased arrived damaged during transport. The seller was very reactive following the opening of an incident. The pendant was no longer available and I was able to choose another one on the Aden's Jewel shop. The new product being a little more expensive the difference was offered to me and the necklace was sent back very quickly and a pre-stamped envelope was sent with the parcel so that I could send back the damaged pendant without having any expenses. I can only recommend this seller.
