Very beautiful ring, however the stone is natural and therefore not as shown in the photo, either in terms of color or transparency. It would have been nice if this had been mentioned on the product page.

Paying DHL 15€ to have a Colissimo registered and asking for an effort on the postage costs not respected and not getting an answer no thank you. Customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding delivery charges and the shipping method chosen. There was an internal error which led to your parcel being sent via Colissimo when you had chosen DHL. We understand your dissatisfaction, and are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We have also noticed that some of our customers using email services such as Hotmail or Gmail experience problems with the reception of our emails, due to spam filters which can sometimes classify our communications in inappropriate folders or block them completely. This may explain why you haven't received a reply from us.
