Everything went very well, nice packaging

Paying DHL 15€ to have a Colissimo registered and asking for an effort on the postage costs not respected and not getting an answer no thank you. Customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.

Well-packed parcel in my letter-box - Fast delivery but 1 little disappointed by my stone (Amethyst cabochon) which has 1 large fracture across it - it's not marbling but it looks really broken? You can't see it when I wear it, but very well through it...
