I am very satisfied with my purchase from Germany. I didn't just buy from the shop, but exchanged emails about a guitar neck and body. The super friendly expert sent me several photos and I was able to choose a specific body – that's better than in most normal shops! The quality of the products was as described and I will definitely buy from there again. Highly recommended shop and very reasonable prices, thank you very much and I'll be back!

I haven't installed the neck yet, as the body of the guitar hasn't arrived yet, but what I've seen, the feel and the frets have enchanted me. I think it will be fantastic, and the price I paid was very competitive. In short, I am delighted.

Since our takeover in 2025, your orders have always been shipped on the same day or the next business day. The last one, placed on a Friday at 6:30 PM, was processed on Monday and then delivered on Thursday by Mondial Relay, within the usual timeframes.
We can issue a label on the weekend, but carrier pickups only take place on business days. For more urgent needs, faster delivery options are also available at checkout.
