Articles of very good quality. Just a little disappointed about two small things (hence the withdrawal of one star): - a small scratch on one of the 6 mechanisms revealing the black paint (I had to touch up with a bit of paint) - one of the 6 washers under the screws was different from the others (I had to use a washer from the old mechanisms that was a bit damaged) Overall, I am very satisfied with my order! I would like to add that the speed of shipping and the responsiveness of customer service were very appreciated!

Very happy with the Towner String Tension Bar II, it’s made a massive improvement to my ‘71 ES355TD.
I am very satisfied with my purchase from Germany. I didn't just buy from the shop, but exchanged emails about a guitar neck and body. The super friendly expert sent me several photos and I was able to choose a specific body – that's better than in most normal shops! I haven't installed the neck yet, as the body of the guitar hasn't arrived yet, but what I've seen, the feel and the frets have enchanted me. I think it will be fantastic, and the price I paid was very competitive. In short, I am delighted.

Since our takeover in 2025, your orders have always been shipped on the same day or the next business day. The last one, placed on a Friday at 6:30 PM, was processed on Monday and then delivered on Thursday by Mondial Relay, within the usual timeframes.
We can issue a label on the weekend, but carrier pickups only take place on business days. For more urgent needs, faster delivery options are also available at checkout.

This Gotoh aged neck plate is only available in Chrome and not in Nickel as previously indicated.
