Nous vous avons conseillé avec les informations dont nous disposions, et vous avions proposé un retour à notre charge et un remboursement.
Pour la livraison, il arrive que Mondial Relay modifie le point de retrait si celui choisi est saturé ; nous comprenons la gêne occasionnée.
