I ordered and received the deterrent, but it is not clear that the pole is needed for it to work properly. Moreover, this pole is listed as out of stock.

The crow kite I received came off in the first few days, even though the wind was not strong.

As indicated on the product sheet, this kite is designed with a lightweight structure to ensure good wind capture. However, it is essential to store it as soon as gusts exceed 35 to 40 km/h, in order to preserve its durability.
If the retaining string broke after a short use and in the absence of strong winds, we invite you to contact our customer service at the following address: [email protected]. We will then be able to proceed with a product replacement and report this potential manufacturing defect to our supplier.

Package compliant, but received at the wrong pickup point. Chronopost is responsible for this, but still frustrating.

The spikes are barely welded
The installation of the cups is simple, but the result remains to be proven because for me, the pigeons are not really scared and continue to coo above and below my windows. As for the seagulls, it seems that it attracts them instead. They continue to peck at the windows and it doesn't stop them from landing on the window sills. Maybe it takes time; it's been 3 days since installation. For now, I consider this product expensive for a result that is not really convincing!! Best regards

Colissimo transport problem: parcel arrived in berck instead of Marck. consequently 2 extra days to get it.
