Air and Me consistently delivers fast, reliable service with quick delivery and well-packaged orders, as well as clear product information that helps customers choose confidently. Customers praise the product design and compact, quiet operation, noting aesthetically pleasing finishes and devices that fit easily on shelves or bedside tables. They highlight helpful, responsive customer service and practical setup experiences, including easy installation, straightforward connections, and efficient technical support. Overall, reviews emphasize dependable performance, strong delivery reliability, and satisfaction with product quality and appearance.
My order suffered a significant delivery delay due to a warehouse move. I was quickly informed of the delay and was able to benefit from a change of delivery method following my reminder. Very cordial and accommodating e-mail and telephone contact.
Thank you very much!

Hello, the unit seems to be working well and there's less humidity in the room, despite its size. On the other hand, when the unit is running, I regularly hear a loud metallic noise for about 30 seconds, as if the fans were rubbing against each other. Since my room is open to the public, this is very unpleasant. As my premises are open to the public, this is very unpleasant. Where does this come from and how long does it last? Thank you in advance for your reply. Yours sincerely

Very efficient and quality device. I bought it for myself about two years ago and recommended it to friends who immediately ordered it too. A total of 6 devices.
