Satisfied with my purchase. The dehumidifier works properly despite a few minor problems with the continuous drain hose. I had to tilt it slightly to channel the water to the hose. A minor problem with the power consumption, but that was to be expected, as it's the price of efficient cold operation. Delivery was very fast. Thanks Air and Me!

Just two little tips: The mondial relais tracking number displayed on the air&me customer area was not in the 8-digit format recognized for tracking on the mondial relais site (but recognized by the parcelapp site) and I would also recommend displaying the times when customer service can be reached by phone.
