I waited a whole day for the parcel, in agreement with the GLS deliveryman. The deliveryman didn't come and said he had dropped the parcel off at a relay point. However, the parcel was not dropped off at the relay point where I went for nothing. Scandalous. I'm going to advise against GLS on all sites, and Air & Me as well, since you associate your deliveries with these crooks!

To qualify GLS as crooks seems a bit excessive to me. It turns out that these crooks handle almost all of our deliveries (and sometimes, even to the right place — a feat we commend every time) and we are very satisfied with them (perhaps our shared penchant for trickery).
We will of course check where your package has gone astray and ensure that it finally finds the right drop-off point.

I bought my first humidifier, and it worked for a while, but not all the time. When it became clogged with limescale, I cleaned it and changed the filter, but it no longer worked. I exchanged it for a new one, which also had problems with the electronic contact. I finally gave up.
The small fasteners used to assemble the two grilles are very poorly designed, making it impossible to put them in place. Too bad, because the fan works well.

Satisfied with the speed of delivery but after-sales service more than disappointing after 1st use of the product. I called the very next day to report a fault that was more than annoying when using the column fan (squeaking, rattling noise in oscillating mode), bearing in mind that I'd noticed a problem with the finish, with the bottom of the plastic column showing an offset and inevitably catching on the circular support, whose coating was already damaged after one day due to rubbing. The "adviser" tells me she's never had this feedback, that there's no solution. For a €99 column that squeaks and rattles as soon as you use it, and the coating crumbles after a day, I ask for an exchange at least, wanting to remain confident about this product, but no, she tells me it's impossible! On the other hand, she does tell me that I'll have to pay the shipping costs no matter what, so I give up and end up with a very pretty column that's certainly easy to use, but with a flaw that damages it and makes it usable with earplugs. Quite simply, I feel ripped off.

The after-sales service for blueair sense+ and blueair aware does not know its products. The tone used in the messages is incandescent. I felt like I was being treated like a moron. AirNaturel seems to be the SAV France for the blue Air brand, because my support request was sent via the Blueair Friend application, and it was airnaturel who replied to my message. The purchase process and delivery went smoothly. I urge you to listen to your customers better and not assume that they are stupid. As it is, if it's possible for you to order from another retailer, or to access Blueair support directly in Sweden, move on. If you have no choice... here's a customer's opinion, uncensored.

Very disappointed with the Lea diffuser. This product diffuses almost nothing. You can only smell it if you stick to it. I returned the product, which was refunded, albeit with a note from Air Naturel saying that they had tested it with THEIR oil and that it worked perfectly in a 15 m2 room. First of all, the manufacturer's technical specifications state 50 m2, and Air Naturel's 30 m2, which isn't 15! Finally, my essential oils are bought in a para-pharmacy. The brand is Phytosun. If this diffuser only works with the huikes on the site, you need to specify this and also specify that it only diffuses for 15 m2 and not 30!
Noisy and inefficient 0.3 L / 20 H in 23 m2 high humidity! . In my bedroom, located to the north, I have to turn it off to sleep! Noise level higher than that given on your website, inefficient, very little water recovered in a damp room! Have, in living room of 25m2, a QLIMA 510 with compressor: 1.5 L/day and listen to TV without any discomfort. Very disappointed with this purchase and will let friends know.

After-sales service reminded 3 times. It's been 3 times that I've contacted the accounting department to get an invoice. I've been waiting 3 weeks for it... The person in accounting is also very unfriendly.

Assistant request and product quality . Good evening, I bought a FRED humidifier last year. In less than a year, the water heating system broke down. The after-sales service sent me a new FRED (with English plug...) . I've been using the new FRED for a month now, and the Teflon paint on the pan is already coming off, even though the appliance only worked for a month. At these prices, you'd expect better quality!!!!!
