Not received and no response to my emails
Hello, The buying experience itself is very good but the delivery is not. A deliveryman dropped off the parcel at a relay several km away, even though the delivery was scheduled to be made to the house where there is someone on duty at all times. So 2 hours lost in the middle of the day because I absolutely needed the filters for the humidifier for my instrument. Yours sincerely, Florence Duroy

Order .... took too long to receive. Packaging was impeccable!
No response from the after-sales service on my request, as I only received one of the two packages. It's a pity, because the shipment was fast, the product was of high quality (what I received, anyway), and I have no reason to believe that air&me had anything to do with the delivery problem. But no response from the after-sales service to make a complaint to the carrier, which is pretty upsetting.
It seems that in this AIR business, distributors and manufacturers are not looking for efficiency. 3 sites and 3 orders to get a humidifier and accessories. But thank goodness for AIR & ME and its good service, otherwise I'd be bored.

I'm satisfied with your service but ... the packaging for shipment needs to be more careful: the carton was partly crushed and 2 filters are partly damaged!
A message was sent from the site telling me that the relay point I had chosen could not receive the parcel. This message was ambiguous and implied that the delivery would be made via another relay point. So I sent a message asking for clarification. No reply. In the end, the delivery was made to my home, but I was not informed. Fortunately, I was at home.

It's a shame not to be able to encode your VAT number directly and obtain an invoice directly from the site without having to send an email. What's more, we weren't able to reclaim the VAT even though we were in a classic case of intercommunity VAT. I'm even more unhappy about this, as I had emailed my VAT number before placing the order. Once the problem was pointed out, your service didn't want to help me. A refund and a credit note are not bad enough.
Little or no information about shipping. After-sales service non-existent, I asked a question about one of the products 2 weeks ago and to date, no return. I am nevertheless happy with the products ordered.

I had a 10% discount coupon, but one of the products I wanted was not available, so they only gave me a 5% coupon... Not very commercial...
I didn't receive my order, it was supposed to be express, I ordered on April 3rd and apparently it won't be before April 15th.
Why you get your deliveries signed for less than €50
I had to phone them as I had heard nothing 1 week after ordering. I was informed that one of the items was out of stock. I asked to cancel the out-of-stock item in order to receive the other items. I finally received all my items, even the one that was out of stock.

I am very satisfied with the navigation on your site, the placing of the order and the delivery. I am however very dissatisfied with your customer service (see my following comment).
The reason is that I received a device that doesn't work, so I had to return it at my own expense, which doesn't make sense to me. I returned it to the point where I picked it up and haven't heard from it for a week now. I would have liked to receive a working device or my money back as soon as possible. Thank you very much.
Order tracking not going very well ( delayed updates )
The recipient's address was wrong (bat B was missing) so I had to claim it from the post office, which sent it again with more than 8 extra days .... of course I had given my full address!
It's a pity that the site allows an order to be placed when the material is no longer in stock. We then placed a second order for an equivalent item, and the delivery was very fast and compliant.
My order included two items: only one was delivered. After writing to them to say that the second item was missing, several days passed and then, ten days later, Air&Me wrote to me to say that "Our logisitque confirms that the preparation of your parcel was complete. Can you tell me if the selina has been delivered to you? ". A little annoyed, I confirm my first answer. The parcel will eventually be delivered.

In fact, the service was very satisfactory overall, apart from one small problem: one of the bottles ordered had a faulty stopper system, and a small part of the contents spilled into the packaging...
Good price and quality items, but insufficient packaging for this shipment.
I find it annoying that the order is cashed and that there is no verification that the order has been sent. I had to call three times for my order to be sent, even though it had already been cashed for over a week. It's likely that there was a computer problem, but it would still be normal for there to be a check made between collections and orders sent, especially when the general terms and conditions of sale state that collection is made when the order is dispatched.
Because of La Poste, my parcel never arrived. Air Naturel can only take note of the delivery setbacks.
