First purchase, so difficult to judge

Little or no information about shipping. After-sales service non-existent, I asked a question about one of the products 2 weeks ago and to date, no return. I am nevertheless happy with the products ordered.

I don't like it at all. Does not smoke, the smell is really light. I have another one from another brand, nothing to do with it. Disappointed and no feedback from customer service do not recommend!

This is the second lendou connected air purifier I've bought, the first for our 50m2 living room and this one to put upstairs for the bedrooms. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the box arrived with bubble wrap around it. So you could see through what it was (which in itself isn't a problem), and I don't see the point of the bubble wrap around the cardboard box containing the product, which is well padded with polystyrene.
