Fast shipping, but GLS service needs improvement. Very satisfied with my order at Air & Me. The processing was quick and the product met my expectations. However, the delivery by GLS was complicated: the delivery person couldn't find my address because the label was incomplete. A bit of stress upon arrival, but the site itself is very serious. I will reorder without hesitation, hoping for better coordination on the labeling.

Product received in great condition, works perfectly consumes 20w with fan and 680 fully activated. The app is not in French but we still understand. Lacks the ability to control everything via the app (the dryer mode). And it's a shame not to be able to precisely choose the humidity level. But it matches the description perfectly, and I am satisfied.

High quality dehumidifier, I am amazed by the amount of water collected not to mention the very practical pump to spare me from emptying the tank. I didn't buy this for that but the blower allows drying clothes in 2 hours. The only small downside is the noise level of the device.
