I find it annoying that the order is cashed and that there is no verification that the order has been sent. I had to call three times for my order to be sent, even though it had already been cashed for over a week. It's likely that there was a computer problem, but it would still be normal for there to be a check made between collections and orders sent, especially when the general terms and conditions of sale state that collection is made when the order is dispatched.
Because of La Poste, my parcel never arrived. Air Naturel can only take note of the delivery setbacks.

I was not informed of the arrival of my order at the collection point. On the website its status was "shipped" even though it had arrived.
The products were delivered quickly and efficiently. However, there was a small problem with the delivery, which seems to have been caused by the carrier who delivered 2 non-compliant items... Nevertheless, Air Naturel's after-sales service reacted immediately and efficiently with the carrier, who took back the goods and delivered the right products... The delivery of 2 of the 4 products I had ordered was delayed by just over a week. A small problem well managed by the after-sales service.

Order well received and compliant. Just the shipment which charged 16euros should arrive the next day because my order was placed before noon and arrived a day late. So for the delay I only put 3 out of 5.
Rather than the distributor (natural air) who already has a lot of work to do with his resellers and needs to be spared, choose the same resellers, who are much better placed to meet your commercial and logistical demands.
Several products were missing on delivery. But after an e-mail complaint, everything was soon back in order: the mistake is human and it was quickly and well made up for!

Order processed quickly. On a negative note, the cost of returning a defective product is at the customer's expense.
Nice products. Obsolete online store security, but apparently an update is in the works. That's why I'm only giving it 3 stars, because the protection of credit card payment data is not/no longer guaranteed (chrome displayed a warning). I preferred to make a bank transfer to be sure of avoiding any worries. Apart from that, I received my order quickly and won't hesitate to order again.

Perplexed. the problem is why sensors that need to be put in the fridge are normally delivered by mail, especially since I received my order almost 15 days later. I hope that if the sensors were defective that air naturel will do what is necessary so that samples of our indoor air can be redone at their expense.

Satisfactory product. The products fully meet my expectations. Small disappointment: reading the reviews left on the site, I read that the use of softened water is not recommended with the ANTON Blanc Ultrasonic Air Humidifier. I put the question to customer service, who told me that, on the contrary, softened water was preferable for the device. When I received my order, I read in the instructions that it's not advisable to use softened water, which is a bit confusing!
