Great device the only drawback is the impossibility of turning off the blue LED despite the instructions as well as the luminous display on the device during the night which forces me to turn it off to be able to sleep because the brightness is far too strong too bad because it is extremely quiet and efficient unfortunately I wouldn't take another one because of this lighting problem .... really too bad

It's a shame not to be able to encode your VAT number directly and obtain an invoice directly from the site without having to send an email. What's more, we weren't able to reclaim the VAT even though we were in a classic case of intercommunity VAT. I'm even more unhappy about this, as I had emailed my VAT number before placing the order. Once the problem was pointed out, your service didn't want to help me. A refund and a credit note are not bad enough.
