In view of the current situation, my parcel was returned to them, and they promptly resent the order to me via DHL at their expense within 48 hours, and with each exchange they were pleasant, responsive and qualitative! I didn't receive my order, it was supposed to be express, I ordered on April 3rd and apparently it won't be before April 15th.

Easy to use

This was my first order on this site. These are Stadler Form products that I have usually ordered directly from Stadler Form for the past 3 years. The products were not available on the latter site. As I received a promotional e-mail from Air&me, I visited their site and saw that these products were available. So I created an Air&me account and placed my order. I have nothing to say about this site except that it's exactly what I expected.

First order at Airandme. A very slight delay in the shipment of my order of April 2, received on April 8 but in this period of confinement, nothing too bad. Responsive and attentive after-sales service. I recommend this very professional site.

In view of the coronavirus situation, reception was completed within a respectable timeframe.
