Lack of relay points in town center mairie

I was delivered on time. However, the silver cube model I received was not the one I wanted. But I'd be happy with it.

I found air and me through an internet search. I am extremely happy with their services. I started to buy an expensive dehumidifier for my cellar, but after discussing my needs with one of their technicians he recommended a much simpler and much less expensive solution. I greatly appreciate that type of concern for me as a customer. If I need humidifier/dehumidifier services in the future I will certainly use this company.

The only downside is delivery: on the site, the delivery options indicated are colissimo and Mondial Relay with Monday dispatch for weekend orders (see FAQ). At the time of ordering, the delivery method proposed was Geodis and not colissimo. The order was dispatched on Tuesday and I was unable to track the parcel, the link on the website sent me to the post office website. Geodis delivered the next day without any warning message (delivery to a company). Otherwise RAS.

The reason is that I received a device that doesn't work, so I had to return it at my own expense, which doesn't make sense to me. Very good product. The only drawback is that the wifi only works in 2.4 Ghz. I had to activate the 2.4 and 5 Ghz WIFI separation option on my box to make the dehumidifier work with WIFI.

Easy and practical

The recipient's address was wrong (bat B was missing) so I had to claim it from the post office, which sent it again with more than 8 extra days .... of course I had given my full address!

It's a pity that the site allows an order to be placed when the material is no longer in stock. We then placed a second order for an equivalent item, and the delivery was very fast and compliant.
