Order shipped very quickly but the delivery is really disappointing since the delivery person did not think it was good to ring the bell but sent the package behind the gate, I found it the next day fortunately it didn't rain that night!

Hello, My 4 stars out of 5 are linked to the high price of the HPA filter. Regarding the positives, there is the fact that I can buy this filter as an accessory to maintain my dehumidifier. Delivery is free from €30, it is fast and the 3 HPA filters were very well packaged 😉 So a generally positive review and I recommend it for all these reasons. Best regards

The only point of improvement would be to have more features on the connected interface, such as displaying the temperature and in auto mode the history of the startup and historical rates. Also, knowing the quantities of water evacuated in direct mode. I highly recommend this dehumidifier.

A powerful and very easy-to-use device. I had a concern about the operation of the lifting pump, but there is just a hose to connect and a mode to activate. Regarding the noise, it is not suitable for use in the presence or close proximity of the sleeping area (noise of a hood), but this is not my need as I operate it during off-peak hours when I am away.
