Very good and fast delivery

Respect for deadlines, impeccable packaging ... I just wish I'd had a little goodie (for example an essential oil) because I bought 2 air purifiers on this site.

Dear Sir/Madam When I opened my parcel, I noticed that the packaging of the Sylver Cube item had been opened, which does not guarantee that it will not be used. I would be grateful if you could send me an item in the condition in which it was sold. I trust you will understand my request. I have noticed that the filters are not the same as when I placed my last order. Is this normal?

In spite of an inventory that was not announced before the order was placed, so the delay was not foreseen before the payment was made!

Orders placed between 05/01/17 and 09/01/17 will not be shipped until 10/01/17 due to inventory.
