Very satisfied. The device was well described on the website, was shipped very quickly, arrived in perfect condition, and works just the same.

Perfect for my use. Very good, practical, fairly light, easy to handle. I use it for my damp ground floor. I live in a village house, so I don't hear any noise. However, I wouldn't recommend it if you have to sleep in the same room (e.g. if you're in a studio), despite the 3 different settings.

After 15 days of use, first impressions are confirmed: the air is healthier and no longer smells. What's more, the unit seems very solid and well made. However, the operating LED is too powerful (in a very dark room), and has since been painted black. A 4th speed for a night mode would be desirable, for an ultra-silent mode that's even quieter, even if less efficient.

A good dehumidifier. The parcel was received on time and the packaging was absolutely correct. One or two minutes to read the start-up document; one day before starting it up to follow the instructions (as for any unit of this type; fridge, freezer) and good operation (more than 2 liters of water in a single day).

I have nothing to say about the products I bought. You should buy the products from air naturel because they are good.

Still nothing received - Well solved by Airnaturel.com . I ordered a 300 EUR device from air naturel. The purchase went well with no problems. As I live in Belgium, my only option for free delivery was Mondial Relay. I placed my order on January 21, 2014, and today, February 5, I still haven't received anything. The Mondial Relay website does confirm that they received the package on January 24, but since the message on February 1 "Parcel read at wrong relay" I have no more info... Mondial relay is a real nightmare!!! Avoid this carrier! If you search the internet, you'll see that I'm not the only one having problems with these people. Edit 25/02/2014: The problem has been well resolved by the folks at airnaturel.com. After mondial failed to deliver the package for almost a whole month, Airnaturel sent me a new package by Colissimo on 19/02. It arrived the next day. Thank you, airnaturel! As for Mondial Relay: don't trust them. After more than a month, the package is still undelivered.

Cordial and serious after-sales service. Air Naturel replaced my dehumidifier's electric transformer free of charge (except for shipping costs... normal!) two and a half years after purchase, out of warranty, on simple request by e-mail. That's very good business on their part, and I'd like to thank them.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SERIOUS COMPANY. I had an excellent contact with AIR NATUREL, with very clear advice and explanations for the problem to be solved (humidity level too low in a wine cellar). My choice of equipment was based on technical rather than financial considerations. Once I'd been advised which equipment was best suited to my needs, I ordered it over the Internet, and it was delivered on schedule. After commissioning the equipment and running it for a few days, the results were just what I needed. I recommend this company for its reliability.

Good product. Product which fulfills its function well, thanks to it we have raised the humidity level to an acceptable level. Since then, we've had much less of a sensation of a dry throat and a permanently blocked nose. What's more, it's a reliable hygrometer. On the other hand, I find the price a bit high, but considering the benefits, it's easy to forget.
