Everything perfect . Package arrived a little late, but we're only human, so it's okay. Everything else was just perfect.

Perplexed. the problem is why sensors that need to be put in the fridge are normally delivered by mail, especially since I received my order almost 15 days later. I hope that if the sensors were defective that air naturel will do what is necessary so that samples of our indoor air can be redone at their expense.

Very good . Hello, the delivery went very well. The only negative point is a slight over-packaging fault (the small bottle of essential oils in its cardboard packaging does not necessarily need to be packed in a large additional box that could contain 6, which itself is still contained in the large box of the package containing all of our order. Very satisfied with the order, the process and the device . I'd recommend this ultrasonic device to anyone who has problems with a dry nose, especially at night, when it's difficult to breathe properly. It's very easy to adjust, quiet and you only need to change the water once a day. All of which is very welcome.

Satisfactory product. The products fully meet my expectations. Small disappointment: reading the reviews left on the site, I read that the use of softened water is not recommended with the ANTON Blanc Ultrasonic Air Humidifier. I put the question to customer service, who told me that, on the contrary, softened water was preferable for the device. When I received my order, I read in the instructions that it's not advisable to use softened water, which is a bit confusing!

Quality of service and products. I have an AIR NATUREL DDH 20-1 dehumidifier that works great. Unfortunately the transformer gave up the ghost (out of warranty). AIR NATUREL's after-sales service sent me a new transformer within 48 hours for a small fee. Bravo for their attentiveness, kindness and responsiveness.

Good product, . Fast delivery, very quiet but LEDs too bright; instructions a little brief. No difficulty in starting up. The lower humidity level has not yet been reached 10 days after commissioning, but my room must be hungry for water. The instructions are too brief on descaling: what about the filters?

Steam humidifier . this device is just what I need: the only small fault is that the tank is a bit small (3l) because the device stops while there's still water inside.

Very disappointed with the Lea diffuser. This product diffuses almost nothing. You can only smell it if you stick to it. I returned the product, which was refunded, albeit with a note from Air Naturel saying that they had tested it with THEIR oil and that it worked perfectly in a 15 m2 room. First of all, the manufacturer's technical specifications state 50 m2, and Air Naturel's 30 m2, which isn't 15! Finally, my essential oils are bought in a para-pharmacy. The brand is Phytosun. If this diffuser only works with the huikes on the site, you need to specify this and also specify that it only diffuses for 15 m2 and not 30!

Commitments kept. I waited quite a long time for a device that was out of stock, despite this, other sites offered it for sale, but I didn't trust them, I was afraid that once the order was placed, these sites would make me wait much longer. When, 3 weeks later, the delay became even longer, I got worried and sent an e-mail to AIR NATUREL to find out if I was in danger of being forgotten. I got a reply (which doesn't necessarily happen with sales sites) confirming that the alert I'd requested had been taken into account and indicating the approximate delivery date, which was met. The device works perfectly (DD8L Méalco).
