Serious and responsive. I ordered a device, and the shipping time was respected, but delivery problems due to the post office meant that I had to send 3 devices a week apart, the last one by a carrier. That's why I recommend Air Naturel for its reliability and responsiveness.

Still nothing received - Well solved by Airnaturel.com . I ordered a 300 EUR device from air naturel. The purchase went well with no problems. As I live in Belgium, my only option for free delivery was Mondial Relay. I placed my order on January 21, 2014, and today, February 5, I still haven't received anything. The Mondial Relay website does confirm that they received the package on January 24, but since the message on February 1 "Parcel read at wrong relay" I have no more info... Mondial relay is a real nightmare!!! Avoid this carrier! If you search the internet, you'll see that I'm not the only one having problems with these people. Edit 25/02/2014: The problem has been well resolved by the folks at airnaturel.com. After mondial failed to deliver the package for almost a whole month, Airnaturel sent me a new package by Colissimo on 19/02. It arrived the next day. Thank you, airnaturel! As for Mondial Relay: don't trust them. After more than a month, the package is still undelivered.

Cordial and serious after-sales service. Air Naturel replaced my dehumidifier's electric transformer free of charge (except for shipping costs... normal!) two and a half years after purchase, out of warranty, on simple request by e-mail. That's very good business on their part, and I'd like to thank them.

My choice of equipment was based on technical rather than financial considerations. Good product. Product which fulfills its function well, thanks to it we have raised the humidity level to an acceptable level. Since then, we've had much less of a sensation of a dry throat and a permanently blocked nose. What's more, it's a reliable hygrometer. On the other hand, I find the price a bit high, but considering the benefits, it's easy to forget.

A very complete and efficient appliance, its price is justified . We had a huge moisture problem in the laundry room: fungus, mold on the walls and water oozing down the sides. So after a good cleaning with St Marc and a coat of white paint, we installed it and it's been a complete change ever since! The walls are healthy and dry, no traces have appeared for 3 months and if I leave my laundry on the dryer and start the drying function after the appliance has, of course, triggered itself for humidity, it's still just as efficient. We have absolutely no regrets about this purchase, it has changed our lives and is worth its price, which may seem a bit high at first. For your information, we connect it to a drain every day, so it's even more autonomous! Thank you for the opinions of previous buyers, as we read them at length before making our choice.

Effective . Humidity problem following water damage! Professionals suggested I install an air dehumidifier with external extraction, costing between 4000 and 5000euros! So I tried the DDH-20 dehumidifier at 125 euros ac the hygrostat and wonder it works! More humidity!!!!!
