I chose this model on the seller's website, thinking it met all the criteria I wanted. However, once I consulted the instructions, I discovered that this model is not recommended for my water, which is heavy in limescale. The instructions recommend another model for high-limestone water. Why didn't you say so on the website? Why not make a selection of models on the site according to the limescale content of the water?

Not effective MEACO 10L . The advertisement states 10l. of water per day of dehydration. In a humid room , during 24 hours we collected 20 cc. of water !!!!!!!!!!!! In the laundry drying room, after 4 hours, 25 cc. of water was collected! I'm disappointed with the MEACO 10L.

Assistant request and product quality . Good evening, I bought a FRED humidifier last year. In less than a year, the water heating system broke down. The after-sales service sent me a new FRED (with English plug...) . I've been using the new FRED for a month now, and the Teflon paint on the pan is already coming off, even though the appliance only worked for a month. At these prices, you'd expect better quality!!!!!

Perfect . I ordered 1 dehumidifier for my garage in September. Then 1 more in November for my house, as well as for 2 friends convinced by their efficiency. The model is the DD8L from Meaco. Fast order processing, great phone availability. One of the tanks broke when we unpacked it, and AirNaturel sent us a new one immediately, charging us shipping costs only. Validated and recommended!

The air filter works very well. It quickly found its place in our home. It's almost invisible in automatic mode, where it stays at an almost inaudible ventilation level most of the time. Noise can only be heard at night in a quiet room. However, it doesn't disturb sleep. What's even more astonishing after a few days' use is that not a single speck of dust can be seen flying in the light from the lamps, proving that the filter works well even in a 50 m2 room.

It's too early to give a pertinent opinion on the lifespan of the device and filters._x000D_On the other hand, after 2 weeks, I can already say that smoke and cigarette odors have completely disappeared. Delivery to be reviewed. Good price, fast shipping, but delivery leaves something to be desired! Air Naturel did not inform me of the delivery date. The Colissimo parcel arrived in our absence without warning. The Post Office did not deliver a second time. We were obliged to collect the bulky parcel weighing 15 kgs from the poste restante. Fortunately it wasn't a fridge or a washing machine!

The ddl8 is a very efficient little jewel from air naturel. i bought a ddl8, a very efficient device, so much so that i reordered a second one to avoid moving the device from one place to another because i live in a two-storey townhouse. it's worth noting that the return of warm air saves at least 2 degrees and the feeling is very pleasant. so i can confirm the strong points of the ddl8, which works non-stop (nice device, not bulky, light, not noisy because it doesn't use a compressor ....you just have to empty the drawer when it's full, but don't worry, the appliance stops when it's full!) the air naturel website is very attractive, clear and engaging the order is processed quickly and delivery to a relay point is trouble-free I'm satisfied so far.

Delighted. I bought a meaco 10l. dehumidifier and I'm delighted with it. The air in my house is healthy again. My bedroom is located in an old cellar (very nice because vaulted, but damp because partly buried) and I had an infiltration in another room. I found all the information I needed on the site to find the ideal material.

Méaco dd8l excellent product. Perfect delivery, well packaged. We had humidity problems in our bedroom. The meaco dd8l dehumidifier cleaned up our room very quickly. It does give off a slight odor, but it's not really annoying. It's quite quiet. Conclusion: a purchase I don't regret after ten days of use.

I bought the MEACO 10L, and it's been working every day since... no more moisture on glass surfaces and no more damp smells. Clothes on the drying rack dry much faster and no longer smell bad. I put the appliance in a room adjoining the bedroom with the doors open. I leave it running at night... the whirring doesn't prevent sleep. It remains to be seen how long it will last, as it comes with a one-year warranty.

Always convinced by the dehumidifiers offered by Air Naturel . I ordered the Meaco 10 L/day air dehumidifier and I'm very satisfied with it. It's the second one we've ordered from Air Naturel (for two different houses). We've had one for years and it works perfectly (no more smell, extra degrees in winter and laundry finally dries mid-season!) and we've just ordered another because we've moved to a very humid region. Cheaper dehumidifiers are on sale in all the DIY stores in the area, but the quality has nothing to do with them (solidity of materials, weight, ergonomics). I don't regret having spent a few dozen euros more for a product I'm sure of.

Close to you....but too far away! Air Naturel is a surprising site, which doesn't correspond to Web standards: you'll find good products, a little too expensive though, and the after-sales service is very reactive - rare for Web after-sales services! - but not precise enough when it comes to technical advice.... I bought the OSKAR GM air humidifiers too cold and filters to be changed too often and far too expensive....and the TAURUS hot steam humidifier, less expensive, more efficient but very difficult to clean (limestone gets into all the interstices). A rare site of human proximity!
