Top dehumidifier and delivery. We ordered a dehumidifier at a good price from Air Naturel (on sale). It works very well. We're not far from the advertised 10L/day. It's nice and compact, but we're sorry it's not easier to program. Delivery also went very smoothly. I highly recommend it, better than traditional e-commerce sites.

Perfect except for the delivery. Quality material but delivery always damaged to the point of tearing the carton. Stadler Form puts a sales box in its own shipping box. Only just saved. Collissimo, the worst delivery service, always damaged. Air Naturel, fast processing, normal collection, quality material. Information requested by telephone actually handled professionally, composition of materials real identification of metals etc.

I thought it was a little more efficient: barely 500ml per day on continuous operation in my bathroom. As for the service, it was perfect. After 15 days of use, first impressions are confirmed: the air is healthier and no longer smells. What's more, the unit seems very solid and well made. However, the operating LED is too powerful (in a very dark room), and has since been painted black. A 4th speed for a night mode would be desirable, for an ultra-silent mode that's even quieter, even if less efficient.

A good dehumidifier. The parcel was received on time and the packaging was absolutely correct. One or two minutes to read the start-up document; one day before starting it up to follow the instructions (as for any unit of this type; fridge, freezer) and good operation (more than 2 liters of water in a single day).

I have nothing to say about the products I bought. You should buy the products from air naturel because they are good.

A "mixed" experience which in no way detracts from the seriousness of AIR NATUREL . My order took almost a month to be delivered, but once AIR NATUREL became aware of this excessively long delay, they immediately took the necessary steps with the carrier, and the problem was resolved within a few days. My opinion of the Buldair and Buldair junior devices: they're attractive, don't take up much space, are relatively quiet and are very easy to use; I would, however, have preferred their effectiveness as air purifiers to that of essential oil diffusers. It's also a pity that Buldair junior doesn't come with a mains plug (as it's also intended for use in a small children's room). That said, the quality/price ratio of these products in no way makes me regret their purchase, and I'd recommend them without hesitation!

Serious and responsive. I ordered a device, and the shipping time was respected, but delivery problems due to the post office meant that I had to send 3 devices a week apart, the last one by a carrier. That's why I recommend Air Naturel for its reliability and responsiveness.
