Everything went smoothly. The product was out of stock at the time of ordering, I received notification as soon as it was restocked. I placed the order and received it very quickly. No problems with the GLS carrier either. This is my second order, and I'm still very satisfied.

Happy with my purchase, no regrets, great appliance it seems, but I don't yet know if it's enough for my 30m2 room with a ceiling height of up to 4 meters. So far, about 4 liters in 6 hours.

The unit was received on time and perfectly packaged. Easy to install locally, but there were a few problems registering it for remote control. Nice, sturdy-looking unit, very quiet

-very effective for dehumidification -water tank too small and fills up too much, so difficult to empty without spilling -much, much too noisy to put in a bedroom (too bad for me) even in night mode. The slogan in no way matches the noise produced by the machine.

So far, the product has lived up to my expectations. The point that prevents me from being totally happy with my purchase is the fact that it was made in China. I'm convinced that for such a simple product, there would be no significant extra cost if it were made here. Too bad

I bought and combined 1 pro particle filter + 1 pro carbon+ filter. For installation, the 2 filters fit nicely one inside the other in the PRO M air purifier. (Failing to buy a smokestop filter usually because out of stock in several stores).
