I ordered a LARY dehumidifier online. The ordering process is simple and transparent. Delivery costs are very modest. Delivery times were respected (only 3 working days for delivery in Belgium). The device was perfectly packaged (protected by bubble wrap). The device has no apparent defects and has been working as expected for a week. We are satisfied in every respect. It's worth noting that the price of the new device, ordered in France and plus shipping costs, is lower than the price of the device bought in a store in Belgium. Incredible but true.

Received the dehumidifier, but the person who gave me the technical information on the phone, from air and me, sabstian to say that it's made in Switzerland...it's made in China....only the design is Swiss!

The product corresponds to the description and has been working properly since it was recently installed. One reservation concerning the price, a little high for a small pump...

I bought the Lary dehumidifier and am very satisfied with my purchase. It does its job perfectly while being easy to move around and energy efficient for its capabilities. I discovered afterwards that I'd missed out on a promotion, and on contacting customer service, they kindly offered to refund the difference. Very responsive service and quality product.

Excellent site, they sell products of very high quality of manufacture, I largely recommend.

It would have been 5/5 if it hadn't been for this major problem with the GLS delivery (parcel not delivered to the planned relay point without any mention of the reason, call center ringing in the dark and unreachable a dozen times). Fortunately, Air and Me was available and efficient in resolving the situation.
