Just as we expected.

Bought to install in my cellar, which has a humidity level of 95%. It took a few days to reach 70%. Coupled with a lift pump (bought on Air and me), I don't have to worry about the water recovered, it's evacuated directly into my garden. It's really the best, I recommend it.

Easy to use and correct humidity.
I already had a Meaco dehumidifier, and living in a region with very humid periods, it served us well. Today, having a second one seemed normal, which is why I opted for the model above. For the moment it's not working, but it'll be a great help in a few weeks' time!

Fast delivery, well-protected unit. The appliance took much longer than the advertised 10 minutes to give correct information on the humidity level in the room, which is not too annoying. I find it quiet. The air is not heated at the outlet, which is not the case with all compressor dehumidifiers. For now, placed in an unheated room, effective.
The product is of good quality, and customer service is very responsive in the event of a problem. I've had one for 2 years now and I've just bought one for my brother because I'm satisfied.

Hello, The buying experience itself is very good but the delivery is not. A deliveryman dropped off the parcel at a relay several km away, even though the delivery was scheduled to be made to the house where there is someone on duty at all times. So 2 hours lost in the middle of the day because I absolutely needed the filters for the humidifier for my instrument. Yours sincerely, Florence Duroy

I waited a whole day for the parcel, in agreement with the GLS deliveryman. The deliveryman didn't come and said he had dropped the parcel off at a relay point. However, the parcel was not dropped off at the relay point where I went for nothing. Scandalous. I'm going to advise against GLS on all sites, and Air & Me as well, since you associate your deliveries with these crooks!
We thank you for your feedback and are sincerely sorry to hear about the inconveniences encountered with the delivery. We understand your disappointment: waiting for a package all day is an experience that even our air purifiers cannot make more breathable.
To qualify GLS as crooks seems a bit excessive to me. It turns out that these crooks handle almost all of our deliveries (and sometimes, even to the right place — a feat we commend every time) and we are very satisfied with them (perhaps our shared penchant for trickery).
We will of course check where your package has gone astray and ensure that it finally finds the right drop-off point.
