The site isn't just an Internet store: the advice given over the phone is as valuable as the merchandise.the advice is personalized and doesn't force you to buy the most expensive products.the salesman's ability to listen is amazing: I don't think he's there to sell (a little bit anyway...) but more to CONVINCE that he loves his job and knows his products.it's quite simple: I can't imagine buying anywhere else.

The prices are very competitive, the service is very fast, the packaging is correct in order to avoid damage during transport, which did not take into account the fragility of certain products (damaged packaging but not the product, which was in extra packaging and bubble wrap).

No problems with my order or delivery, even though it was made during the Christmas period. On the other hand, some products are prohibitively expensive. Choose carefully what you buy on the site and compare with others. It's often a change in the name of the reference but it's the same product.
Small error on the order quickly resolved thanks to the seller's availability. Product delivered quickly and well packaged. I recommend
2 weeks to be delivered, no information on order tracking, no sms received.but the parcel once arrived was complete and perfectly packed.what is the point of filling in a title field for each product in a satisfaction survey???

Frankly super they say where to order and it's fast.
Store with a huge choice (you might even get a bit lost during the first few visits), low prices (a lot similar to the one I bought costs 100 Euros more at my usual dealer, i.e. 20% more expensive), responsive after-sales service, very friendly sales assistant with good advice (thanks Nicolas). What more could I ask for? Thanks for everything and see you soon for a new order.
