GOOD: I love what I bought as I was unable to find it anywhere. And you're shipping to Slovakia. BAD: I don't understand French, so I had to use a translator. Because of that I will likely not purchase again from you, unless you have some specific item that's not available elsewhere.

A disastrous delivery, where I was left abandoned and where I managed to resolve the issue with the delivery person. No commercial gesture offered. One customer lost.
One of the paint cans was delivered to me without the lid. One could assume that it has already been used, handled, or something else.
Error with one of the bottles I ordered in the tanned skin set and received in a plastic bag instead of the specific box I should have received.

Fast delivery, unfortunately the wrong item, but it might have been my fault.
The product I ordered was out of stock at the time of delivery but not at the time of ordering; I have doubts about the inventory management.
One nozzle arrived broken. No information on the assembly of the nozzles. The needle and nozzle do not work well, it's not really adaptable.
So I only give 3 stars because the delivery (promised in 48h) was a real disaster (first order for me). Why use UPS even nowadays? More than a week of waiting, without any real information about what was happening. The package stayed 6 days 20 km from my home. I placed another order since then, we'll see how long it takes this time. For the price, it was more expensive than on another competing site but since a fast delivery was promised, I preferred to pay a little more... I regret it now because the promise was not kept.
It is easy to handle.
Disappointed by the presentation of the H & S ULTRA 2024 airbrush for the following reasons: 1- Back part unscrewed 2- Trigger sticks and does not always go to the end of the stroke 3- Needle stuck in the nozzle. After unlocking it, it gets stuck from time to time. It was mounted too tightly from the start and is still a bit damaged 4- The molded plastic in the box is slightly torn. I think this is a second-hand item. Well done Harder & Steenbeck. I repaired everything myself. I bought a Gaahleri Mobius 0.2mm on the same day, it's day and night, class. Best regards - Marc PONZIO
Delivery is not great, few options for pickup points, As for the ordered product, I do not recommend it. Not very effective against acrylic inks, doesn't clean much, it just lubricates. Nothing to do with the one I usually use.
I did not receive the ordered goods to the extent that I had ordered. The seller changed the order without my consent and shipped it to me. As a result, I incurred additional costs because I had to order the undelivered goods elsewhere.
Having already placed a number of orders and despite forgetting to ship 2 out of 17 references paid for (Vallejo paints), the team finally sent me the missing refs (good response from after-sales service) after a few technical hiccups that were quickly corrected. I'd like to thank the team for their responsiveness. I recommend this site

Parcel sent very quickly & item very well protected. Responsive after-sales service in my case. Unfortunately there was a... "hiccup" in the process, a return and a fairly FAST refund were requested. The error is human, I will try a second time but not immediately. *General tip: Always use PayPal for all internet purchases!

Fast and efficient shipping. However, one of the products did not correspond to the description on the site. I contacted the company by email to ask for a solution. I was told to contact them by phone. I was never able to reach them during their opening hours. As a result, I currently have no viable solution for the product I ordered and have not received.
Package received but 3 "Cleaner" bottles leaking. Shock on shipping carton: is this the cause? Please reinforce your parcels and make sure that the bottles are closed. Best regards.

Delivery problem, why pay for fast delivery and get it in no time?
Order delivered to another UPS relay point than the one initially chosen (Sceaux instead of Fontenay) and a detour via Bagneux! UPS is not reliable.
AerographeDiscount, always very professional, fast delivery and quality products. I paid extra for a delivery to my home, I waited all day at home, they did not show up and they delivered to a relay point. There's no point in charging more for a service that isn't provided.
Unfortunately, I ordered 4 items in 3. times in less than an hour and left 2 messages asking them to send me all 3 orders in 1 shipment and refund the other 2. No answer nor discount/refund. Too bad...

To tell the truth, I have mixed feelings about it. Fast delivery, well packaged, in short perfect..... but I was missing a painting and I had another one in duplicate. Probably a human error, so it wasn't too serious, but I didn't get the full order I'd expected, so I couldn't put 5 stars on it.

You'd expect the quality and capacity of individual Vallejo jars, and that's not the case.
The relay initially chosen was changed at the initiative of UBS to a more distant relay where it is almost impossible to park and parking is charged. On my first visit, the relay was closed from 2pm to 4:30pm, so I was not informed of this and had to make a second trip.
I ordered a blue foam plate as shown in the reference picture. I received a black one that doesn't have the same properties and texture. In short, not adapted to my needs.
Error on an article, I called and I'm still waiting for the product I ordered.
The order I placed is incomplete, I can't use the material.
