I wasn't able to evaluate the paints I bought, as I exchanged them for another brand, as the shades didn't suit me. I appreciated the warm welcome on the phone and the helpfulness and friendliness of my correspondent, who was really trying to be helpful. One point for improvement: I'm a complete beginner and I also wanted to buy paint (ivory or bone). For a skeleton... There are so many different brands that I couldn't choose. So I didn't order the paint from you. A search by color first, followed by a choice by brand and some indications on the differences between products would have allowed me to find what I was looking for.
Hello, I'm not happy at all, because you claim a delivery in 24 hours that I received 3 days later, I sent you an email, no response to date, while my order dates from September 09. Your products are irreproachable, of course, but your delivery service leaves a lot to be desired!

Interface to be reviewed, at least for compressor + aerograph packs. navigation-comparison is a pain. A summary of product features would be welcome (single/double action, changeable nozzle, solvent resistance, etc.).
